locking/seqlock, headers: Untangle the spaghetti monster
By using lockdep_assert_*() from seqlock.h, the spaghetti monster attacked.
Attack back by reducing seqlock.h dependencies from two key high level headers:
- <linux/seqlock.h>: -Remove <linux/ww_mutex.h> - <linux/time.h>: -Remove <linux/seqlock.h> - <linux/sched.h>: +Add <linux/seqlock.h>
The price was to add it to sched.h ...
Core header fallout, we add direct header dependencies instead of gaining them parasitically from higher level headers:
- <linux/dynamic_queue_limits.h>: +Add <asm/bug.h> - <linux/hrtimer.h>: +Add <linux/seqlock.h> - <linux/ktime.h>: +Add <asm/bug.h> - <linux/lockdep.h>: +Add <linux/smp.h> - <linux/sched.h>: +Add <linux/seqlock.h> - <linux/videodev2.h>: +Add <linux/kernel.h>
Arch headers fallout:
- PARISC: <asm/timex.h>: +Add <asm/special_insns.h> - SH: <asm/io.h>: +Add <asm/page.h> - SPARC: <asm/timer_64.h>: +Add <uapi/asm/asi.h> - SPARC: <asm/vvar.h>: +Add <asm/processor.h>, <asm/barrier.h> -Remove <linux/seqlock.h> - X86: <asm/fixmap.h>: +Add <asm/pgtable_types.h> -Remove <asm/acpi.h>
There's also a bunch of parasitic header dependency fallout in .c files, not listed separately.

linux/ktime.h: Extract common header for vDSO
The vDSO library should only include the necessary headers required for a userspace library (UAPI and a minimal set of kernel headers). To make this possible it is necessary to isolate from the kernel headers the common parts that are strictly necessary to build the library.
Split ktime.h into linux and common headers to make the latter suitable for inclusion in the vDSO library.

time: Move old timekeeping interfaces to timekeeping32.h
The interfaces based on 'struct timespec' and 'unsigned long' seconds are no longer recommended for new code, and we are trying to migrate to ktime_t based interfaces and other y2038-safe variants.
This moves all the legacy interfaces from linux/timekeeping.h into a new timekeeping32.h to better document this.

ktime: Get rid of the union
ktime is a union because the initial implementation stored the time in scalar nanoseconds on 64 bit machine and in a endianess optimized timespec variant for 32bit machines. The Y2038 cleanup removed the timespec variant and switched everything to scalar nanoseconds. The union remained, but become completely pointless.
Get rid of the union and just keep ktime_t as simple typedef of type s64.
The conversion was done with coccinelle and some manual mopping up.

ktime: Fix ktime_divns to do signed division
It was noted that the 32bit implementation of ktime_divns() was doing unsigned division and didn't properly handle negative values.
And when a ktime helper was changed to utilize ktime_divns, it caused a regression on some IR blasters. See the following bugzilla for details: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1200353
This patch fixes the problem in ktime_divns by checking and preserving the sign bit, and then reapplying it if appropriate after the division, it also changes the return type to a s64 to make it more obvious this is expected.
Nicolas also pointed out that negative dividers would cause infinite loops on 32bit systems, negative dividers is unlikely for users of this function, but out of caution this patch adds checks for negative dividers for both 32-bit (BUG_ON) and 64-bit(WARN_ON) versions to make sure no such use cases creep in.

ktime: Optimize ktime_divns for constant divisors
At least on ARM, do_div() is optimized to turn constant divisors into an inline multiplication by the reciprocal value at compile time. However this optimization is missed entirely whenever ktime_divns() is used and the slow out-of-line division code is used all the time.
Let ktime_divns() use do_div() inline whenever the divisor is constant and small enough. This will make things like ktime_to_us() and ktime_to_ms() much faster.

ktime: Kill non-scalar ktime_t implementation for 2038
The non-scalar ktime_t implementation is basically a timespec which has to be changed to support dates past 2038 on 32bit systems.
This patch removes the non-scalar ktime_t implementation, forcing the scalar s64 nanosecond version on all architectures.
This may have additional performance overhead on some 32bit systems when converting between ktime_t and timespec structures, however the majority of 32bit systems (arm and i386) were already using scalar ktime_t, so no performance regressions will be seen on those platforms.
On affected platforms, I'm open to finding optimizations, including avoiding converting to timespecs where possible.
