PowerPC: Do not use llc -march in tests.
`llc -march` is problematic because it only switches the target architecture, but leaves the operating system unchanged. This occasionally leads to indeterministic tests because the OS from LLVM_DEFAULT_TARGET_TRIPLE is used.
However we can simply always use `llc -mtriple` instead. This changes all the tests to do this to avoid people using -march when they copy and paste parts of tests.
This patch: - Removes -march if the .ll file already has a matching `target triple` directive or -mtriple argument. - In all other cases changes -march=ppc32/-march=ppc64 to -mtriple=ppc32--/-mtriple=ppc64--

Summary: This fixes pr32392.
The lowering pipeline is: llvm.ppc.cfence in IR -> PPC::CFENCE8 in isel -> Actual instructions in expandPostRAPseudo.
The reason why expandPostRAPseudo is chosen is because previous passes are likely eliminating instructions like cmpw 3, 3 (early CSE) and bne- 7, .+4 (some branch pass(s)).

[PowerPC] Fix i8/i16 atomics for little-Endian targets without partword atomics
For little-Endian PowerPC, we generally target only P8 and later by default. However, generic (older) 64-bit configurations are still an option, and in that case, partword atomics are not available (e.g. stbcx.). To lower i8/i16 atomics without true i8/i16 atomic operations, we emulate using i32 atomics in combination with a bunch of shifting and masking, etc. The amount by which to shift in little-Endian mode is different from the amount in big-Endian mode (it is inverted -- meaning we can leave off the xor when computing the amount).
Fixes PR22923.

[PowerPC] Enable printing instructions using aliases
TableGen had been nicely generating code to print a number of instructions using shorter aliases (and PowerPC has plenty of short mnemonics), but we were not calling it. For some of the aliases we support in the parser, TableGen can't infer the "inverse" alias relationship, so there is still more to do.
Thus, after some hours of updating test cases...

[Power] Improve the expansion of atomic loads/stores
Summary: Atomic loads and store of up to the native size (32 bits, or 64 for PPC64) can be lowered to a simple load or store instruction (as the synchronization is already handled by AtomicExpand, and the atomicity is guaranteed thanks to the alignment requirements of atomic accesses). This is exactly what this patch does. Previously, these were implemented by complex load-linked/store-conditional loops.. an obvious performance problem.
For example, this patch turns ``` define void @store_i8_unordered(i8* %mem) { store atomic i8 42, i8* %mem unordered, align 1 ret void } ``` from ``` _store_i8_unordered: ; @store_i8_unordered ; BB#0: rlwinm r2, r3, 3, 27, 28 li r4, 42 xori r5, r2, 24 rlwinm r2, r3, 0, 0, 29 li r3, 255 slw r4, r4, r5 slw r3, r3, r5 and r4, r4, r3 LBB4_1: ; =>This Inner Loop Header: Depth=1 lwarx r5, 0, r2 andc r5, r5, r3 or r5, r4, r5 stwcx. r5, 0, r2 bne cr0, LBB4_1 ; BB#2: blr ``` into ``` _store_i8_unordered: ; @store_i8_unordered ; BB#0: li r2, 42 stb r2, 0(r3) blr
``` which looks like a pretty clear win to me.
Test Plan: fixed the tests + new test for indexed accesses + make check-all
IR: add "cmpxchg weak" variant to support permitted failure.
This commit adds a weak variant of the cmpxchg operation, as described in C++11. A cmpxchg instruction with this modifier is permitted to fail to store, even if the comparison indicated it should.
As a result, cmpxchg instructions must return a flag indicating success in addition to their original iN value loaded. Thus, for uniformity *all* cmpxchg instructions now return "{ iN, i1 }". The second flag is 1 when the store succeeded.
At the DAG level, a new ATOMIC_CMP_SWAP_WITH_SUCCESS node has been added as the natural representation for the new cmpxchg instructions. It is a strong cmpxchg.
By default this gets Expanded to the existing ATOMIC_CMP_SWAP during Legalization, so existing backends should see no change in behaviour. If they wish to deal with the enhanced node instead, they can call setOperationAction on it. Beware: as a node with 2 results, it cannot be selected from TableGen.
Currently, no use is made of the extra information provided in this patch. Test updates are almost entirely adapting the input IR to the new scheme.
Summary for out of tree users: ------------------------------
+ Legacy Bitcode files are upgraded during read. + Legacy assembly IR files will be invalid. + Front-ends must adapt to different type for "cmpxchg". + Backends should be unaffected by default.
