* Fix the current guest task when calling `realloc`

This commit fixes some fallout from #12550 where after that PR the
current task registered when a guest's `realloc` was called was
incorrect. This additionally fixes issues where guest-to-guest
trampolines also had the wrong task registered when `realloc` was being
called. Finally this adjusts a few locations that "no borrows should be
active" traps happen to ensure that it happens around the time of when a
task returns rather than after the lowering of its values happens.

Rust side of things and will be slightly more efficient to boot. This
then additionally exempts some intrinsics from checking may-leave since
Wasmtime erroneously checked when it shouldn't have.

Reorganize component model wast testing (#11818)

* Move all `*.wast` tests under `tests/misc_testsuite/component-model`,
e.g. move` component-model-async` to `component-model/async`.
* Split testing of `component-model-{stackful,async-builtins}` into
separate tests instead of intermingling it with all other tests.

This is done to in theory make this easier to upstream into the
component model repository itself by having a cleaner split by feature
rather than being a pure reflection of historical development.
