This requires disabling warnings on undocumented, as `wasm.hh` has
undocumeted structures
Also fix urls in `wasmtime.hh`
* Re-enable `WARN_IF_UNDOCUMENTED`
This required excluding `wasm.hh`, `wasmtime::detail` namespace, and some
macros.
Also documented two overloads to `Func::call()`
