Migrate wasi-common to `wasmtime::error` (#12293)* Migrate wiggle and wiggle generate to `wasmtime::error`* Fix testing `wiggle` and `wiggle-test` in isolationWhen doing plain old `cargo test -p wiggle` (or `wiggle-test`) the test wouldfail due to linking errors because Wasmtime's `std` cargo feature (and maybeothers) wasn't being enabled. The crate's tests would pass when run as part ofthe whole workspace, however, because of cargo feature resolution and othercrates that enabled the necessary features, which is why CI is green.* Remove direct anyhow dependency in wiggle-test* Migrate wasi-nn to `wasmtime::error`* Migrate wasi-keyvalue to `wasmtime::error`* Migrate wasi-io to `wasmtime::error`* Migrate wasi-http to `wasmtime::error`* Migrate wasi-config to `wasmtime::error`* Migrate wasi-common to `wastime::error`This is another interesting one because wasi-common is used internally toWasmtime but also by other projects. Therefore, rather than using`wastime::error::*` and making `wasmtime` a hard dependency, we use just`wasmtime_environ::error`.* cargo fmt

Leverage Rust 1.79, 1.80 (#9498)This commit is a follow-up to #9496 to leverage various APIs that theworkspace now has access to. For example most dependencies on the`once_cell` crate are now removed in favor of the types stabilized inthe standard library: `LazyLock` and `LazyCell`. One dependency remainsin the `wasmtime` crate due to the `get_or_try_init` not being stableyet. Some additional helper methods on raw pointer slices are also availablefor removing a few minor `unsafe` blocks.

Make wasi-common self-contained, deprecate exports from wasmtime-wasi (#7881)* WIP: try to make wasi-common self contained.* rebase: cargo.lock* remove all dependencies between wasi-common and wasmtime-wasi* use wasi-common directly throughout tests, benches, examples, cli run* wasi-threads: use wasi-common's maybe_exit_on_error in spawned threadnot a very modular design, but at this point wasi-common andwasi-threads are forever wed* fix wasmtime's docs* re-introduce wasmtime-wasi's exports of wasi-common definitions behind deprecated* factor out determining i32 process exit codeand remove libc dep because rustix provides the same constant* commands/run: inline the logic about aborting on trapsince this is the sole place in the codebase its used* Add high-level summary to wasi-common's top-level doc comment.* c-api: fix use of wasi_cap_std_sync => wasi_common::sync, wasmtime_wasi => wasi_common* fix tokio example* think better of combining downcast and masking into one method* fix references to wasmtime_wasi in docsprtest:full* benches: use wasi-common* cfg-if around use of rustix::process because that doesnt exist on windows* wasi-common: include tests, caught by verify-publish* fix another bench* exit requires wasmtime dep. caught by verify-publish.
