[AMDGPU] Use divergent addresses for vector loads
Change some test cases to use divergent addresses for vector loads, which should be the common case in real world code. Using uniform addresses causes poor instruction selection for the surrounding code which has to be fixed up post-register-allocation, and this causes a lot of testsuite churn for a forthcoming patch to stop selecting 24-bit vector multiply instructions for uniform multiplies.
This shows up some problems in the idot tests where we fail to select v_dot instructions because the patterns only match MUL_[UI]24 ISD nodes, but the DAG contains i16 mul nodes instead.

[AMDGPU] Insert waitcnt after returning from call
When memory operations are outstanding on function calls, either the caller or the callee can insert a waitcnt to ensure that all reads are finished. Calls need some time to be executed, so if the callee inserts the waitcnt, filling the instruction buffer and waiting for memory will be interleaved, hiding some latency. This comes at the cost of having a waitcnt inside functions that may not be needed as no memory operations are outstanding.
For function calls, this is already implemented. The same principal applies to returns: If the caller inserts a waitcnt after the call, the callee does not have to wait and the return and memory operation can be run in parallel.
This commit implements waiting in the caller after returning from a function call.

AMDGPU: Fold frame index into MUBUF
This matters for byval uses outside of the entry block, which appear as copies.
Previously, the only folding done was during selection, which could not see the underlying frame index. For any uses outside the entry block, the frame index was materialized in the entry block relative to the global scratch wave offset.
This may produce worse code in cases where the offset ends up not fitting in the MUBUF offset field. A better heuristic would be helpfu for extreme frames.

Summary: Atomic buffer operations do not work (and trap on gfx9) when the components are unaligned, even if their sum is aligned.
Previously, we generated an offset of 4156 without an SGPR by splitting it as 4095 + 61 (immediate + inline constant). The highest offset for which we can do this correctly is 4156 = 4092 + 64.

AMDGPU: Fix MUBUF offset bugs affecting llvm.amdgcn.buffer.* intrinsics
Summary: This fixes two related bugs. First, the generic optimization passes unfortunately generate negative constant offsets but the hardware treats SOffset as an unsigned value.
Second, there is a hardware bug on SI and CI, where address clamping in MUBUF instructions does not work correctly when SOffset is larger than the buffer size. This patch works around this bug by never using SOffset.
An alternative workaround would be to do the clamping manually when SOffset is too large, but generating the required code sequence during instruction selection would be rather involved, and in any case the resulting code would probably be worse.

AMDGPU/SI: Assembler: Unify parsing/printing of operands.
Summary: The goal is for each operand type to have its own parse function and at the same time share common code for tracking state as different instruction types share operand types (e.g. glc/glc_flat, etc).
Introduce parseAMDGPUOperand which can parse any optional operand. DPP and Clamp/OMod have custom handling for now. Sam also suggested to have class hierarchy for operand types instead of table. This can be done in separate change.
Remove parseVOP3OptionalOps, parseDS*OptionalOps, parseFlatOptionalOps, parseMubufOptionalOps, parseDPPOptionalOps. Reduce number of definitions of AsmOperand's and MatchClasses' by using common base class. Rename AsmMatcher/InstPrinter methods accordingly. Print immediate type when printing parsed immediate operand. Use 'off' if offset/index register is unused instead of skipping it to make it more readable (also agreed with SP3). Update tests.

AMDGPU: add llvm.amdgcn.buffer.load/store intrinsics
Summary: They correspond to BUFFER_LOAD/STORE_DWORD[_X2,X3,X4] and mostly behave like llvm.amdgcn.buffer.load/store.format. They will be used by Mesa for SSBO and atomic counters at least when robust buffer access behavior is desired. (These instructions perform no format conversion and do buffer range checking per component.)
As a side effect of sharing patterns with llvm.amdgcn.buffer.store.format, it has become trivial to add support for the f32 and v2f32 variants of that intrinsic, so the patch does so.
Also DAG-ify (and fix) some tests that I noticed intermittent failures in while developing this patch.
Some tests were (temporarily) adjusted for the required mayLoad/hasSideEffects changes to the BUFFER_STORE_DWORD* instructions. See also http://reviews.llvm.org/D18291.
