[CodeGen] Move instruction predicate verification to emitInstruction

D25618 added a method to verify the instruction predicates for an
emitted instruction, through verifyInstructionPredicates added into
<Target>MCCodeEmitter::encodeInstruction. This is a very useful idea,
but the implementation inside MCCodeEmitter made it only fire for object
files, not assembly which most of the llvm test suite uses.

This patch moves the code into the <Target>_MC::verifyInstructionPredicates
method, inside the InstrInfo. The allows it to be called from other
places, such as in this patch where it is called from the
<Target>AsmPrinter::emitInstruction methods which should trigger for
both assembly and object files. It can also be called from other places
such as verifyInstruction, but that is not done here (it tends to catch
errors earlier, but in reality just shows all the mir tests that have
incorrect feature predicates). The interface was also simplified
slightly, moving computeAvailableFeatures into the function so that it
does not need to be called externally.

The ARM, AMDGPU (but not R600), AVR, Mips and X86 backends all currently
show errors in the test-suite, so have been disabled with FIXME
comments.

Recommitted with some fixes for the leftover MCII variables in release
builds.

[RISCV] Generate correct ELF EFlags when .ll file has target-abi attribute

In the past, when construct RISCVAsmBackend, MCTargetOptions.ABIName would be passed and stored in RISCVAsmBackend.
But MCTargetOptions.ABIName can only be specified by -target-abi xxx in command line, if the .ll file has target-abi attribute, the codegen module will ignore it. And the generated object file would have incorrect EFlags value.

https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/50591 also caused by this problem.

This patch override the AsmPrinter::emitFunctionEntryLabel function and use it to set the target abi value that get from .ll file's target-abi attribute. And storing the target-abi in RISCVTargetStreamer instead of RISCVAsmBackend.

[RISCV] Support 'generic' as a valid CPU name.

Most other targets support 'generic', but RISCV issues an error.
This can require a special case in tools that use LLVM that aren't
clang.

This patch treats "generic" the same as an empty string and remaps
it to generic-rv/rv64 based on the triple. Unfortunately, it has to
be added to RISCV.td because MCSubtargetInfo is constructed and
parses the CPU before RISCVSubtarget's constructor gets a chance
to remap it. The CPU will then reparsed and the state in the
MCSubtargetInfo subclass will be updated again.

Fixes PR54146.

RISCV: adjust handling of relocation emission for RISCV

This re-architects the RISCV relocation handling to bring the
implementation closer in line with the implementation in binutils. We
would previously aggressively resolve the relocation. With this
restructuring, we always will emit a paired relocation for any symbolic
difference of the type of S±T[±C] where S and T are labels and C is a
constant.

GAS has a special target hook controlled by `RELOC_EXPANSION_POSSIBLE`
which indicates that a fixup may be expanded into multiple relocations.
This is used by the RISCV backend to always emit a paired relocation -
either ADD[WIDTH] + SUB[WIDTH] for text relocations or SET[WIDTH] +
SUB[WIDTH] for a debug info relocation. Irrespective of whether linker
relaxation support is enabled, symbolic difference is always emitted as
a paired relocation.

This change also sinks the target specific behaviour down into the
target specific area rather than exposing it to the shared relocation
handling. In the process, we also sink the "special" handling for debug
information down into the RISCV target. Although this improves the path
for the other targets, this is not necessarily entirely ideal either.
The changes in the debug info emission could be done through another
type of hook as this functionality would be required by any other target
which wishes to do linker relaxation. However, as there are no other
targets in LLVM which currently do this, this is a reasonable thing to
do until such time as the code needs to be shared.

Improve the handling of the relocation (and add a reduced test case from
the Linux kernel) to ensure that we handle complex expressions for
symbolic difference. This ensures that we correct relocate symbols with
the adddends normalized and associated with the addition portion of the
paired relocation.

This change also addresses some review comments from Alex Bradbury about
the relocations meant for use in the DWARF CFA being named incorrectly
(using ADD6 instead of SET6) in the original change which introduced the
relocation type.

This resolves the issues with the symbolic difference emission
sufficiently to enable building the Linux kernel with clang+IAS+lld
(without linker relaxation).

Resolves PR50153, PR50156!

[RISCV] Give an explicit error if 'generic' CPU is passed instead of 'generic-rv32' or 'generic-rv64'. Validate 64Bit feature against the triple.

I encountered a project that uses llvm that passes "generic" by
default. While I could fix that project, I wouldn't be surprised
if other projects did something similar. So it seems like
a good idea to provide a better error here.

I've also added validation of the 64Bit feature against the
triple so that we can catch a mismatched CPU before failing in
a mysterious way. We can make it pretty far in isel because we
calculate XLenVT from the triple and use that to set up the legal
integer type.

[RISCV] Merge Utils library into MCTargetDesc

MCTargetDesc includes headers from Utils and Utils includes headers
from MCTargetDesc. So from a library layering perspective it makes sense
for them to be in the same library. I guess the other option might be to

Everything else that depends on Utils also depends on MCTargetDesc so

[X86][MC][Target] Initial backend support a tune CPU to support -mtune

This patch implements initial backend support for a -mtune CPU controlled by a "tune-cpu" function attribute. If the attribute is not present X86 will use the resolved CPU from target-cpu attribute or command line.

This patch adds MC layer support a tune CPU. Each CPU now has two sets of features stored in their GenSubtargetInfo.inc tables . These features lists are passed separately to the Processor and ProcessorModel classes in tablegen. The tune list defaults to an empty list to avoid changes to non-X86. This annoyingly increases the size of static tables on all target as we now store 24 more bytes per CPU. I haven't quantified the overall impact, but I can if we're concerned.

One new test is added to X86 to show a few tuning features with mismatched tune-cpu and target-cpu/target-feature attributes to demonstrate independent control. Another new test is added to demonstrate that the scheduler model follows the tune CPU.

I have not added a -mtune to llc/opt or MC layer command line yet. With no attributes we'll just use the -mcpu for both. MC layer tools will always follow the normal CPU for tuning.

CMake: Make most target symbols hidden by default

Summary:
For builds with LLVM_BUILD_LLVM_DYLIB=ON and BUILD_SHARED_LIBS=OFF
this change makes all symbols in the target specific libraries hidden
by default.

A new macro called LLVM_EXTERNAL_VISIBILITY has been added to mark symbols in these
libraries public, which is mainly needed for the definitions of the
LLVMInitialize* functions.

This patch reduces the number of public symbols in libLLVM.so by about
25%. This should improve load times for the dynamic library and also
make abi checker tools, like abidiff require less memory when analyzing
libLLVM.so

One side-effect of this change is that for builds with
LLVM_BUILD_LLVM_DYLIB=ON and LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB=ON some unittests that
access symbols that are no longer public will need to be statically linked.

Before and after public symbol counts (using gcc 8.2.1, ld.bfd 2.31.1):

[RISCV] Add MachineInstr immediate verification

Summary:
This patch implements the `TargetInstrInfo::verifyInstruction` hook for RISC-V. Currently the hook verifies the machine instruction's immediate operands, to check if the immediates are within the expected bounds. Without the hook invalid immediates are not detected except when doing assembly parsing, so they are silently emitted (including being truncated when emitting object code).

The bounds information is specified in tablegen by using the `OperandType` definition, which sets the `MCOperandInfo`'s `OperandType` field. Several RISC-V-specific immediate operand types were created, which extend the `MCInstrDesc`'s `OperandType` `enum`.

To have the hook called with `llc` pass it the `-verify-machineinstrs` option. For Clang add the cmake build config `-DLLVM_ENABLE_EXPENSIVE_CHECKS=True`, or temporarily patch `TargetPassConfig::addVerifyPass`.

Review concerns:

- The patch adds immediate operand type checks that cover at least the base ISA. There are several other operand types for the C extension and one type for the F/D extensions that were left out of this initial patch because they introduced further design concerns that I felt were best evaluated separately.

- Invalid register classes (e.g. passing a GPR register where a GPRC is expected) are already caught, so were not included.

- This design makes the more abstract `MachineInstr` verification depend on MC layer definitions, which arguably is not the cleanest design, but is in line with how things are done in other parts of the target and LLVM in general.

- There is some duplication of logic already present in the `MCOperandPredicate`s. Since the `MachineInstr` and `MCInstr` notions of immediates are fundamentally different, this is currently necessary.

Revert CMake: Make most target symbols hidden by default

This reverts r362990 (git commit 374571301dc8e9bc9fdd1d70f86015de198673bd)

This was causing linker warnings on Darwin:

ld: warning: direct access in function 'llvm::initializeEvexToVexInstPassPass(llvm::PassRegistry&)'
from file '../../lib/libLLVMX86CodeGen.a(X86EvexToVex.cpp.o)' to global weak symbol
'void std::__1::__call_once_proxy<std::__1::tuple<void* (&)(llvm::PassRegistry&),
std::__1::reference_wrapper<llvm::PassRegistry>&&> >(void*)' from file '../../lib/libLLVMCore.a(Verifier.cpp.o)'
means the weak symbol cannot be overridden at runtime. This was likely caused by different translation
units being compiled with different visibility settings.

Before and after public symbol counts (using gcc 8.2.1, ld.bfd 2.31.1):
nm before/libLLVM-9svn.so | grep ' [A-Zuvw] ' | wc -l
36221
nm after/libLLVM-9svn.so | grep ' [A-Zuvw] ' | wc -l
26278
