[DebugInfo][InstrRef] Avoid stack-slot-coloring changing codegen due to DI
Stack slot colouring adds "weight" to slots if a non-dbg-value instruction refers to it. This, unfortunately, means that DBG_PHI instructions can have an effect on codegen. The fix is very simple, replace isDebugValue with isDebugInstr.
The regression test contains a scenario that reproduces this problem; I've represented both normal-debug mode and instr-ref debug mode instructions in comment lines prefixed with AAAAAA and BBBBBB, and un-comment them with sed to test that the two different modes produce the same behaviour.

Sink all InitializePasses.h includes
This file lists every pass in LLVM, and is included by Pass.h, which is very popular. Every time we add, remove, or rename a pass in LLVM, it caused lots of recompilation.
I found this fact by looking at this table, which is sorted by the number of times a file was changed over the last 100,000 git commits multiplied by the number of object files that depend on it in the current checkout: recompiles touches affected_files header 342380 95 3604 llvm/include/llvm/ADT/STLExtras.h 314730 234 1345 llvm/include/llvm/InitializePasses.h 307036 118 2602 llvm/include/llvm/ADT/APInt.h 213049 59 3611 llvm/include/llvm/Support/MathExtras.h 170422 47 3626 llvm/include/llvm/Support/Compiler.h 162225 45 3605 llvm/include/llvm/ADT/Optional.h 158319 63 2513 llvm/include/llvm/ADT/Triple.h 140322 39 3598 llvm/include/llvm/ADT/StringRef.h 137647 59 2333 llvm/include/llvm/Support/Error.h 131619 73 1803 llvm/include/llvm/Support/FileSystem.h
Before this change, touching InitializePasses.h would cause 1345 files to recompile. After this change, touching it only causes 550 compiles in an incremental rebuild.

Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo to reflect the new license.
We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and repository.

StackSlotColoring: Decide colors per stack ID
I thought I fixed this in r308673, but that fix was very broken. The assumption that any frame index can be used in place of another was more widespread than I realized. Even when stack slot sharing was disabled, this was still replacing frame index uses with a different ID with a different stack slot.
Really fix this by doing the coloring per-stack ID, so all of the coloring logically done in a separate namespace. This is a lot simpler than trying to figure out how to change the color if the stack ID is different.

Rename DEBUG macro to LLVM_DEBUG. The DEBUG() macro is very generic so it might clash with other projects. The renaming was done as follows: - git grep -l 'DEBUG' | xargs sed -i 's/\bDEBUG\s\?(/LLVM_DEBUG(/g' - git diff -U0 master | ../clang/tools/clang-format/clang-format-diff.py -i -p1 -style LLVM - Manual change to APInt - Manually chage DOCS as regex doesn't match it.

[DebugInfo] Examine all uses of isDebugValue() for debug instructions.
Because we create a new kind of debug instruction, DBG_LABEL, we need to check all passes which use isDebugValue() to check MachineInstr is debug instruction or not. When expelling debug instructions, we should expel both DBG_VALUE and DBG_LABEL. So, I create a new function, isDebugInstr(), in MachineInstr to check whether the MachineInstr is debug instruction or not.
This patch has no new test case. I have run regression test and there is no difference in regression test.

[X86] Account for partial stack slot spills (PR30821)
Previously, _any_ store or load instruction was considered to be operating on a spill if it had a frameindex as an operand, and thus was fair game for optimisations such as "StackSlotColoring". This usually works, except on architectures where spills can be partially restored, for example on X86 where a spilt vector can have a single component loaded (zeroing the rest of the target register). This can be mis-interpreted and the zero extension unsoundly eliminated, see pr30821.
To avoid this, this commit optionally provides the caller to isLoadFromStackSlot and isStoreToStackSlot with the number of bytes spilt/loaded by the given instruction. Optimisations can then determine that a full spill followed by a partial load (or vice versa), for example, cannot necessarily be commuted.

[CodeGen] Change std::sort to llvm::sort in response to r327219
Summary: r327219 added wrappers to std::sort which randomly shuffle the container before sorting. This will help in uncovering non-determinism caused due to undefined sorting order of objects having the same key.
To make use of that infrastructure we need to invoke llvm::sort instead of std::sort.
Note: This patch is one of a series of patches to replace *all* std::sort to llvm::sort. Refer the comments section in D44363 for a list of all the required patches.
