[lldb] Refactor DataBuffer so we can map files as read-only
Currently, all data buffers are assumed to be writable. This is a problem on macOS where it's not allowed to load unsigned binaries in memory as writable. To be more precise, MAP_RESILIENT_CODESIGN and MAP_RESILIENT_MEDIA need to be set for mapped (unsigned) binaries on our platform.
Binaries are mapped through FileSystem::CreateDataBuffer which returns a DataBufferLLVM. The latter is backed by a llvm::WritableMemoryBuffer because every DataBuffer in LLDB is considered to be writable. In order to use a read-only llvm::MemoryBuffer I had to split our abstraction around it.
This patch distinguishes between a DataBuffer (read-only) and WritableDataBuffer (read-write) and updates LLDB to use the appropriate one.

[lldb] Fix NSDate test after Scalar change
The formatter was requesting an unsigned integer from the ValueObject, but CFAbsoluteTime is a signed double, so in the NSDate test the formatter actually just printed the 'error value' date which is the Cocoa epoch. This started failing after the recent Scalar changes.
This patch just changes the logic to use a signed value which fits to the data we try to read and avoids this issue.

Summary: This change represents the move of ClangASTImporter, ClangASTMetadata, ClangExternalASTSourceCallbacks, ClangUtil, CxxModuleHandler, and TypeSystemClang from lldbSource to lldbPluginExpressionParserClang.h
This explicitly removes knowledge of clang internals from lldbSymbol, moving towards a more generic core implementation of lldb.

[lldb][NFC] Fix all formatting errors in .cpp file headers
Summary: A *.cpp file header in LLDB (and in LLDB) should like this: ``` //===-- TestUtilities.cpp -------------------------------------------------===// ``` However in LLDB most of our source files have arbitrary changes to this format and these changes are spreading through LLDB as folks usually just use the existing source files as templates for their new files (most notably the unnecessary editor language indicator `-*- C++ -*-` is spreading and in every review someone is pointing out that this is wrong, resulting in people pointing out that this is done in the same way in other files).
This patch removes most of these inconsistencies including the editor language indicators, all the different missing/additional '-' characters, files that center the file name, missing trailing `===//` (mostly caused by clang-format breaking the line).

[lldb][NFC] Rename ClangASTContext to TypeSystemClang
Summary: This commit renames ClangASTContext to TypeSystemClang to better reflect what this class is actually supposed to do (implement the TypeSystem interface for Clang). It also gets rid of the very confusing situation that we have both a `clang::ASTContext` and a `ClangASTContext` in clang (which sometimes causes Clang people to think I'm fiddling with Clang's ASTContext when I'm actually just doing LLDB work).
I also have plans to potentially have multiple clang::ASTContext instances associated with one ClangASTContext so the ASTContext naming will then become even more confusing to people.

Allow direct comparison of ConstString against StringRef
Summary: When we want to compare a ConstString against a string literal (or any other non-ConstString), we currently have to explicitly turn the other string into a ConstString. This makes sense as comparing ConstStrings against each other is only a fast pointer comparison.
However, currently we (rather incorrectly) use in several places in LLDB temporary ConstStrings when we just want to compare a given ConstString against a hardcoded value, for example like this: ``` if (extension != ConstString(".oat") && extension != ConstString(".odex")) ```
Obviously this kind of defeats the point of ConstStrings. In the comparison above we would construct two temporary ConstStrings every time we hit the given code. Constructing a ConstString is relatively expensive: we need to go to the StringPool, take a read and possibly an exclusive write-lock and then look up our temporary string in the string map of the pool. So we do a lot of heavy work for essentially just comparing a <6 characters in two strings.
I initially wanted to just fix these issues by turning the temporary ConstString in static variables/ members, but that made the code much less readable. Instead I propose to add a new overload for the ConstString comparison operator that takes a StringRef. This comparison operator directly compares the ConstString content against the given StringRef without turning the StringRef into a ConstString.
This means that the example above can look like this now: ``` if (extension != ".oat" && extension != ".odex") ``` It also no longer has to unlock/lock two locks and call multiple functions in other TUs for constructing the temporary ConstString instances. Instead this should end up just being a direct string comparison of the two given strings on most compilers.
This patch also directly updates all uses of temporary and short ConstStrings in LLDB to use this new comparison operator. It also adds a some unit tests for the new and old comparison operator.

Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo to reflect the new license.
We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and repository.

Rename Error -> Status.
This renames the LLDB error class to Status, as discussed on the lldb-dev mailing list.
A change of this magnitude cannot easily be done without find and replace, but that has potential to catch unwanted occurrences of common strings such as "Error". Every effort was made to find all the obvious things such as the word "Error" appearing in a string, etc, but it's possible there are still some lingering occurences left around. Hopefully nothing too serious.

Move classes from Core -> Utility.
This moves the following classes from Core -> Utility.
ConstString Error RegularExpression Stream StreamString
The goal here is to get lldbUtility into a state where it has no dependendencies except on itself and LLVM, so it can be the starting point at which to start untangling LLDB's dependencies. These are all low level and very widely used classes, and previously lldbUtility had dependencies up to lldbCore in order to use these classes. So moving then down to lldbUtility makes sense from both the short term and long term perspective in solving this problem.

*** This commit represents a complete reformatting of the LLDB source code *** to conform to clang-format’s LLVM style. This kind of mass change has *** two obvious implications:
Firstly, merging this particular commit into a downstream fork may be a huge effort. Alternatively, it may be worth merging all changes up to this commit, performing the same reformatting operation locally, and then discarding the merge for this particular commit. The commands used to accomplish this reformatting were as follows (with current working directory as the root of the repository):
find . \( -iname "*.c" -or -iname "*.cpp" -or -iname "*.h" -or -iname "*.mm" \) -exec clang-format -i {} + find . -iname "*.py" -exec autopep8 --in-place --aggressive --aggressive {} + ;
The version of clang-format used was 3.9.0, and autopep8 was 1.2.4.
Secondly, “blame” style tools will generally point to this commit instead of a meaningful prior commit. There are alternatives available that will attempt to look through this change and find the appropriate prior commit. YMMV.

Change Target::EvaluateExpression to take an ExecutionContextScope * rather than a StackFrame * (StackFrame is an ExecutionContextScope.) That allows you to call an expression on a particular Thread, but not using the context of any particular frame. That in turn is useful for injecting utility functions that don't actually depend on locals/self/etc of the current frame.
I also had to include StackFrame.h in a couple of places so the compiler knew how to downcast StackFrame to ExecutionContextScope.
