Some implementations of the DeepCopy function called the copy constructor that copied m_parent member instead of setting a new parent. Others just leaved the base class's members (m_parent, m_callback, m_was_set) empty. One more problem is that not all classes override this function, e.g. OptionValueArgs::DeepCopy produces OptionValueArray instance, and Target[Process/Thread]ValueProperty::DeepCopy produces OptionValueProperty. This makes downcasting via static_cast invalid.
The patch implements idiom "virtual constructor" to fix these issues. Add a test that checks DeepCopy for correct copying/setting all data members of the base class.

Summary: A *.cpp file header in LLDB (and in LLDB) should like this: ``` //===-- TestUtilities.cpp -------------------------------------------------===// ``` However in LLDB most of our source files have arbitrary changes to this format and these changes are spreading through LLDB as folks usually just use the existing source files as templates for their new files (most notably the unnecessary editor language indicator `-*- C++ -*-` is spreading and in every review someone is pointing out that this is wrong, resulting in people pointing out that this is done in the same way in other files).
This patch removes most of these inconsistencies including the editor language indicators, all the different missing/additional '-' characters, files that center the file name, missing trailing `===//` (mostly caused by clang-format breaking the line).

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and repository.

For the reproducer feature I need to be able to export and import the current LLDB configuration. To realize this I've extended the existing functionality to print settings. With the help of a new formatting option, we can now write the settings and their values to a file structured as regular commands.
Concretely the functionality works as follows:
(lldb) settings export -f /path/to/file
This file contains a bunch of settings set commands, followed by the setting's name and value.
... settings set use-external-editor false settings set use-color true settings set auto-one-line-summaries true settings set auto-indent true ...
You can import the settings again by either sourcing the file or using the settings read command.
(lldb) settings read -f /path/to/file

Summary: The Args class is used in plenty of places besides the command interpreter (e.g., anything requiring an argc+argv combo, such as when launching a process), so it needs to be in a lower layer. Now that the class has no external dependencies, it can be moved down to the Utility module.
This removes the last (direct) dependency from the Host module to Interpreter, so I remove the Interpreter module from Host's dependency list.

A change of this magnitude cannot easily be done without find and replace, but that has potential to catch unwanted occurrences of common strings such as "Error". Every effort was made to find all the obvious things such as the word "Error" appearing in a string, etc, but it's possible there are still some lingering occurences left around. Hopefully nothing too serious.

ConstString Error RegularExpression Stream StreamString
The goal here is to get lldbUtility into a state where it has no dependendencies except on itself and LLVM, so it can be the starting point at which to start untangling LLDB's dependencies. These are all low level and very widely used classes, and previously lldbUtility had dependencies up to lldbCore in order to use these classes. So moving then down to lldbUtility makes sense from both the short term and long term perspective in solving this problem.

Rewrite all Property related functions in terms of StringRef.
This was a bit tricky, especially for things like OptionValueArray and OptionValueDictionary since they do some funky string parsing. Rather than try to re-write line-by-line I tried to make the StringRef usage idiomatic, even though it meant often re-writing from scratch large blocks of code in a different way while keeping true to the original intent.
The finished code is a big improvement though, and often much shorter than the original code. All tests and unit tests pass on Windows and Linux.

Firstly, merging this particular commit into a downstream fork may be a huge effort. Alternatively, it may be worth merging all changes up to this commit, performing the same reformatting operation locally, and then discarding the merge for this particular commit. The commands used to accomplish this reformatting were as follows (with current working directory as the root of the repository):
find . \( -iname "*.c" -or -iname "*.cpp" -or -iname "*.h" -or -iname "*.mm" \) -exec clang-format -i {} + find . -iname "*.py" -exec autopep8 --in-place --aggressive --aggressive {} + ;
The version of clang-format used was 3.9.0, and autopep8 was 1.2.4.
Secondly, “blame” style tools will generally point to this commit instead of a meaningful prior commit. There are alternatives available that will attempt to look through this change and find the appropriate prior commit. YMMV.

Add -Wimplicit-fallthrough command line option to clang in the xcode project file to catch switch statements that have a case that falls through unintentionally.
Define LLVM_FALLTHROUGH to indicate instances where a case has code and intends to fall through. This should be in llvm/Support/Compiler.h; Peter Collingbourne originally checked in there (r237766), then reverted (r237941) because he didn't have time to mark up all the 'case' statements that were intended to fall through. I put together a patch to get this back in llvm http://reviews.llvm.org/D17063 but it hasn't been approved in the past week. I added a new lldb-private-defines.h to hold the definition for now.
Every place in lldb where there is a comment that the fall-through is intentional, I added LLVM_FALLTHROUGH to silence the warning. I haven't tried to identify whether the fallthrough is a bug or not in the other places.
I haven't tried to add this to the cmake option build flags. This warning will only work for clang.
This build cleanly (with some new warnings) on macosx with clang under xcodebuild, but if this causes problems for people on other configurations, I'll back it out.

This is currently controlled by a setting:
(lldb) settings set target.process.python-os-plugin-path <path>
Or clearing it with:
(lldb) settings clear target.process.python-os-plugin-path
The process will now reload the OperatingSystem plug-in.
This was implemented by: - adding the ability to set a notify callback for when an option value is changed - added the ability for the process plug-in to load the operating system plug-in on the fly - fixed bugs in the Process::GetStatus() so all threads are displayed if their thread IDs are larger than 32 bits - adding a callback in ProcessProperties to tell when the "python-os-plugin-path" is changed by the user - fixing a crasher in ProcessMachCore that happens when updating the thread list when the OS plugin is reloaded

Stop using the "%z" size_t modifier and cast all size_t values to uint64_t. Some platforms don't support this modification.
