[clang] Add `ObjCProtocolLoc` to represent protocol references
Add `ObjCProtocolLoc` which behaves like `TypeLoc` but for `ObjCProtocolDecl` references.
RecursiveASTVisitor now synthesizes `ObjCProtocolLoc` during traversal and the `ObjCProtocolLoc` can be stored in a `DynTypedNode`.
In a follow up patch, I'll update clangd to make use of this to properly support protocol references for hover + goto definition.

Add `LambdaCapture`-related matchers.
This provides better support for `LambdaCapture`s by making them first- class and allowing them to be bindable. In addition, this implements several `LambdaCapture`-related matchers. This does not update how lambdas are traversed. As a result, something like trying to match `lambdaCapture()` by itself will not work - it must be used as an inner matcher.

[clang][NFC] Store a pointer to the ASTContext in ASTDumper and TextNodeDumper
In general there is no way to get to the ASTContext from most AST nodes (Decls are one of the exception). This will be a problem when implementing the rest of APValue::dump since we need the ASTContext to dump some kinds of APValues.
The ASTContext* in ASTDumper and TextNodeDumper is not always non-null. This is because we still want to be able to use the various dump() functions in a debugger.
No functional changes intended.

[flang][openmp] Use common Directive and Clause enum from llvm/Frontend
Summary: This patch is removing the custom enumeration for OpenMP Directives and Clauses and replace them with the newly tablegen generated one from llvm/Frontend. This is a first patch and some will follow to share the same infrastructure where possible. The next patch should use the clauses allowance defined in the tablegen file.

Remove clang::ast_type_traits namespace in favor of clang
DynTypedNode and ASTNodeKind are implemented as part of the clang AST library, which uses the main clang namespace. There doesn't seem to be a need for this extra level of namespacing.
I left behind aliases in the ast_type_traits namespace for out of tree clients of these APIs. To provide aliases for the enumerators, I used this pattern: namespace ast_type_traits { constexpr TraversalKind TK_AsIs = ::clang::TK_AsIs; } I think the typedefs will be useful for migration, but we might be able to drop these enumerator aliases.
