We found that since some tests rely on the TCP SYN timeouts to cause flow
misses, the default test suite timeout of 45 seconds is quick to be

We found that since some tests rely on the TCP SYN timeouts to cause flow
misses, the default test suite timeout of 45 seconds is quick to be
exceeded. Bump the timeout to 15 minutes.
