tracing/selftests: Support log output when generating KTAP output

When -v is specified ftracetest will dump logs of test execution to the
console which if -K is also specified for KTAP output will result in
output that is not properly KTAP formatted. All that's required for KTAP
formatting is that anything we log have a '#' at the start of the line so
we can improve things by washing the output through a simple read loop.
This will help automated parsers when verbose mode is enabled.

ftrace/selftests: Add softlink to latest log directory

When I'm debugging something with the ftrace selftests and need to look at
the logs, it becomes tedious that I need to do the following:

ls -ltr logs
[ copy the last directory ]
ls logs/<paste-last-dir>

to see where the logs are.

Instead, do the common practice of having a "latest" softlink to the last
run selftest. This way after running the selftest I only need to do:

ls logs/latest/

and it will always give me the directory of the last run selftest logs!

selftests/ftrace: Improve integration with kselftest runner

The ftrace selftests do not currently produce KTAP output, they produce a
custom format much nicer for human consumption. This means that when run in
automated test systems we just get a single result for the suite as a whole
rather than recording results for individual test cases, making it harder
to look at the test data and masking things like inappropriate skips.

Address this by adding support for KTAP output to the ftracetest script and
providing a trivial wrapper which will be invoked by the kselftest runner
to generate output in this format by default, users using ftracetest
directly will continue to get the existing output.

This is not the most elegant solution but it is simple and effective. I
did consider implementing this by post processing the existing output
format but that felt more complex and likely to result in all output being
lost if something goes seriously wrong during the run which would not be
helpful. I did also consider just writing a separate runner script but
there's enough going on with things like the signal handling for that to
seem like it would be duplicating too much.

This also recovers the pause-on-trace when clean it up.

ftrace/selftest: make unresolved cases cause failure if --fail-unresolved set

Currently, ftracetest will return 1 (failure) if any unresolved cases
are encountered. The unresolved status results from modules and
programs not being available, and as such does not indicate any
issues with ftrace itself. As such, change the behaviour of
ftracetest in line with unsupported cases; if unsupported cases
happen, ftracetest still returns 0 unless --fail-unsupported. Here
--fail-unresolved is added and the default is to return 0 if
unresolved results occur.

ftrace/selftests: Return the skip code when tracing directory not configured in kernel

If the kernel is not configured with ftrace enabled, the ftracetest
selftests should return the error code of "4" as that is the kselftests
"skip" code, and not "1" which means an error.

To determine if ftrace is enabled, first the newer "tracefs" is searched for
in /proc/mounts. If it is not found, then "debugfs" is searched for (as old
kernels do not have tracefs). If that is not found, an attempt to mount the
tracefs or debugfs is performed. This is done by seeing first if the
/sys/kernel/tracing directory exists. If it does than tracefs is configured
in the kernel and an attempt to mount it is performed.

If /sys/kernel/tracing does not exist, then /sys/kernel/debug is tested to
see if that directory exists. If it does, then an attempt to mount debugfs
on that directory is performed. If it does not exist, then debugfs is not
configured in the running kernel and the test exits with the skip code.

If either mount fails, then a normal error is returned as they do exist in
the kernel but something went wrong to mount them.

This changes the test to always try the tracefs file system first as it has
been in the kernel for some time now and it is better to test it if it is
available instead of always testing debugfs.

colors, then use the existing scheme of green, red, and blue
to show when tests pass, fail or end in a different way.

When running the tests redirecting the stdout, for instance,
to a file, then colors are not shown, thus producing a more
readable output.

selftests/ftrace: Add color to the PASS / FAIL results

Now that ftracetest has over 80 tests, it is difficult to simply scroll
up the console window to find the failed tests when it reports just two
tests have failed. In order to make this stand out better, have the
color of the word "PASS" be green, "FAIL" and "XFAIL" be red, and all
other results be blue. This helps tremendously in quickly spotting the
failed tests by just scrolling up the console window.
