The tool pp_alloc_fail.py tested error recovery by injecting errors
into the function page_pool_alloc_pages(). The page pool all

The tool pp_alloc_fail.py tested error recovery by injecting errors
into the function page_pool_alloc_pages(). The page pool allocation
function page_pool_dev_alloc() does not end up calling
page_pool_alloc_pages(). page_pool_alloc_netmems() seems to be the
function that is called by all of the page pool alloc functions in
the API, so move error injection to that function instead.

selftests: net: ksft: replace 95 with errno.EOPNOTSUPP
Petr suggested to use errno.EOPNOTSUPP instead of hard-coded 95
in the new test case. Adjust existing ones to match this style.

I initially wrote this test to validate commit be43b7489a3c ("net/mlx5e:
RX, Fix page_pool allocation failure recovery for striding rq") but mlx5
still doesn't have qstat. So I run it on bnxt, and while bnxt survives
I found the problem fixed in commit 730117730709 ("eth: bnxt: fix counting
packets discarded due to OOM and netpoll").
