tools: perf: Expose sample ID / stream ID to python scripts
perf script exposes the evsel_name to python scripts as part of the data passed to the sample or tracepoint handler function, and it passes the id and stream_id to the throttled/unthrottled handler functions. This makes matching throttle events and samples difficult.
To make this possible, this change exposes the sample id and stream_id values to the script.

perf tools docs: Use canonical ftrace path
The canonical location for the tracefs filesystem is at /sys/kernel/tracing.
But, from Documentation/trace/ftrace.rst:
Before 4.1, all ftrace tracing control files were within the debugfs file system, which is typically located at /sys/kernel/debug/tracing. For backward compatibility, when mounting the debugfs file system, the tracefs file system will be automatically mounted at:
/sys/kernel/debug/tracing
A few spots in the perf docs still refer to this older debugfs path, so let's update them to avoid confusion.

perf script python: Fix unintended underline
The text ranging from "subsystem__event_name" to "raw_syscalls__sys_enter()" is interpreted by asciidoc as a pair of unconstrained text formatting markers.
The result is that the manual page displayed this text as underlined, and the HTML pages displayed this text as italicized. Escape the first double-underscore to prevent this.

perf script: Remove workqueue-stats script
The tracepoints used by the workqueue-stats script no longer exist so trying to run the script results in:
# perf script record workqueue-stats invalid or unsupported event: 'workqueue:workqueue_creation' Run 'perf list' for a list of valid events
So remove the script until it can be reworked using the new workqueue tracepoints.

Note that the perf scripting utilities still have a bunch of code for dealing with common_lock_depth in tracepoints; I have left that in place in case anybody wants to use that code with older kernels.

perf: Rename 'perf trace' to 'perf script'
Free the perf trace name space and rename the trace to 'script' which is a better match for the scripting engine.
