net/9p/usbg: allow building as standalone module
There is no reason only the usbg transport would not be its own module, so make it tristate.
In particular, this fixes a couple of issues the current bool had: - trans_usbg was apparently not compiled at all when NET_9P=m - the workaround added in commit 2193ede180dd ("net/9p/usbg: fix CONFIG_USB_GADGET dependency") became redundant because a tristate item cannot be built-in when its dependency is a module, so we can depend on USB_GADGET "normally" again.

9p: Remove INET dependency
9pfs can run over assorted transports, so it doesn't have an INET dependency. Drop it and remove the includes of linux/inet.h.
NET_9P_FD/trans_fd.o builds without INET or UNIX and is usable over plain file descriptors. However, tcp and unix functionality is still built and would generate runtime failures if used. Add imply INET and UNIX to NET_9P_FD, so functionality is enabled by default but can still be explicitly disabled.
This allows configuring 9pfs over Xen with INET and UNIX disabled.

IB: Revert "remove redundant INFINIBAND kconfig dependencies"
Several subsystems depend on INFINIBAND_ADDR_TRANS, which in turn depends on INFINIBAND. However, when with CONFIG_INIFIBAND=m, this leads to a link error when another driver using it is built-in. The INFINIBAND_ADDR_TRANS dependency is insufficient here as this is a 'bool' symbol that does not force anything to be a module in turn.

9p: disallow RDMA if RDMA CM isn't available
If INET=y and INFINIBAND=y, but IPV6=m then INFINIBAND_ADDR_TRANS is set to n and the RDMA CM functions rdma_connect() et al are not built. However, the current config dependencies allow NET_9P_RDMA to be selected in this, which leads to a build failure. Fix this by adding a dependency on INFINIBAND_ADDR_TRANS to disallow NET_9P_RDMA in this case.

9p: fix error path during early mount
There was some cleanup issues during early mount which would trigger a kernel bug for certain types of failure. This patch reorganizes the cleanup to get rid of the bad behavior.
This also merges the 9pnet and 9pnet_fd modules for the purpose of configuration and initialization. Keeping the fd transport separate from the core 9pnet code seemed like a good idea at the time, but in practice has caused more harm and confusion than good.

9p: Reorganization of 9p file system code
This patchset moves non-filesystem interfaces of v9fs from fs/9p to net/9p. It moves the transport, packet marshalling and connection layers to net/9p leaving only the VFS related files in fs/9p. This work is being done in preparation for in-kernel 9p servers as well as alternate 9p clients (other than VFS).
