zorro: make match function take a const pointer

In commit d69d80484598 ("driver core: have match() callback in struct
bus_type take a const *"), the match callback for busses was changed to
take a const pointer to struct device_driver. Unfortunately I missed
fixing up the zorro code, and was only noticed after-the-fact by the
kernel test robot. Resolve this issue by properly changing the
zorro_bus_match() function.

The only actual use is to check in zorro_device_probe() that the device
isn't already bound. The driver core already ensures

isn't already bound. The driver core already ensures this however so the
check can go away which allows to drop the then assigned-only member
from struct zorro_dev.

If the value was indeed needed somewhere it can always be calculated by

to_zorro_driver(z->dev.driver)

.

should be exported through UAPI.

Unfortunately zorro.h was never marked for export when headers_install
was introduced, so it was forgotten during the big UAPI disintegration.
In addition, the removal of zorro_ids.h had been sneaked into commit
7e7a43c32a8970ea2bfc3d1af353dcb1a9237769 ("PCI: don't export device IDs to
userspace") before, so it was also forgotten.

Split off and export the Zorro definitions used by bootstraps.

Currently the array of Zorro devices is allocated statically, wasting
up to 4.5 KiB when running an Amiga or multi-platform kernel on a machine
with no or a handful of Zorro expansion cards. Convert it to conditional
dynamic memory allocation to fix this.

amiga_parse_bootinfo() still needs to store some information about the
detected Zorro devices, at a time even the bootmem allocator is not yet
available. This is now handled using a much smaller array (typically less
than 0.5 KiB), which is __initdata and thus freed later.

Remove the assumption that driver_register() returns the number of devices
bound to the driver. In fact, it returns zero for success or a negative
error value.

zorro_module_init() used the device count to automatically unregister and
unload drivers that found no devices. That might have worked at one time,
but has been broken for some time because zorro_register_driver() returned
either a negative error or a positive count (never zero). So it could only
unregister on failure, when it's not needed anyway.

This functionality could be resurrected in individual drivers by counting
devices in their .probe() methods.

3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
