Avoid a kernel crash in stifb by providing the correct pointer to the fb_info struct. Prior to commit e2e0b838a184 ("video/sticore: Remove info field from STI struct") the fb_info struct was at the beginning of the fb struct.

fbdev/stifb: Allocate fb_info instance with framebuffer_alloc()
Allocate stifb's instance of fb_info with framebuffer_alloc(). This is the preferred way of creating fb_info with associated driver data stored in struct fb_info.par. Requires several, but minor, changes through out the driver's code.
The intended side effect of this patch is that the new instance of struct fb_info now has its device field correctly set to the parent device of the STI ROM. A later patch can detect if the device is the firmware's primary output. It is also now correctly located within the Linux device hierarchy.

fbdev/stifb: Initialize fb_ops to fbdev I/O-memory helpers
Initialize the instance of struct fb_ops with fbdev initializer macros for framebuffers in I/O address space. Set the read/write, draw and mmap callbacks to the correct implementation and avoid implicit defaults. Also select the necessary I/O helpers in Kconfig.
Fbdev drivers sometimes rely on the callbacks being NULL for a default implementation to be invoked; hence requiring the I/O helpers to be built in any case. Setting all callbacks in all drivers explicitly will allow to make the I/O helpers optional. This benefits systems that do not use these functions.
No functional changes.

sticon/parisc: Fix STI console on 64-bit only machines
Fix the STI console to be able to execute either the 64-bit STI ROM code or the 32-bit STI ROM code.
This is necessary on 64-bit only machines (e.g. C8000 workstation) which otherwise won't show the STI text console with HP graphic cards like Visualize-FX5/FX10/FXe.
Note that when calling 32-bit code from a 64-bit kernel one needs to copy contents on the CPU stack from high memory down below the 4GB limit.

STI core files have been located in console and fbdev code. Move the source code and header to the directories for video helpers. Also update the config and build rules such that the code depends on the config symbol CONFIG_STI_CORE, which STI console and STI framebuffer select automatically.

video: constify fb ops across all drivers
Now that the fbops member of struct fb_info is const, we can start making the ops const as well.
This does not cover all drivers; some actually modify the fbops struct, for example to adjust for different configurations, and others do more involved things that I'd rather not touch in practically obsolete drivers. Mostly this is the low hanging fruit where we can add "const" and be done with it.
v3: - un-constify atyfb, mb862xx, nvidia and uvesabf (0day)
v2: - fix typo (Christophe de Dinechin) - use "static const" instead of "const static" in mx3fb.c - also constify smscufx.c
