fbdev: Fix recursive dependencies wrt BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE

Do not select BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE from FB_BACKLIGHT. The latter
only controls backlight support within fbdev core code and data
structures.

Make fbdev drivers depend on BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE and let users
select it explicitly. Fixes warnings about recursive dependencies,
such as

error: recursive dependency detected!
symbol BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE is selected by FB_BACKLIGHT
symbol FB_BACKLIGHT is selected by FB_SH_MOBILE_LCDC
symbol FB_SH_MOBILE_LCDC depends on FB_DEVICE
symbol FB_DEVICE depends on FB_CORE
symbol FB_CORE is selected by DRM_GEM_DMA_HELPER
symbol DRM_GEM_DMA_HELPER is selected by DRM_PANEL_ILITEK_ILI9341
symbol DRM_PANEL_ILITEK_ILI9341 depends on BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE

BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE is user-selectable, so making drivers adapt to
it is the correct approach in any case. For most drivers, backlight
support is also configurable separately.

v3:
- Select BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE in PowerMac defconfigs (Christophe)
- Fix PMAC_BACKLIGHT module dependency corner cases (Christophe)
v2:
- s/BACKLIGHT_DEVICE_CLASS/BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE (Helge)

fbdev: sstfb: Make CONFIG_FB_DEVICE optional

The sstfb driver currently depends on CONFIG_FB_DEVICE to create sysfs
entries and access info->dev. This patch wraps the relevant code blocks
with #ifdef CONFIG_FB_DEVICE, allowing the driver to be built and used
even if CONFIG_FB_DEVICE is not selected.

The sysfs setting only controls the VGA pass-through state and is not
required for the display to work correctly.
(See: http://vogonswiki.com/index.php/VGA_passthrough_cable
for more information.)

fbdev/intelfb: Remove driver

From looking at the PCI IDs, every device supported by intelfb is
also supported by i915. Anyone still using intelfb should please
move on to i915, which does everything intelfb does but better.

Removing intelfb is motivated by the driver's excessive use of the
global screen_info state. The state belongs to architecture and
firmware code; device drivers should not attempt to access it. But
fixing intelfb would require a significant change in the driver's
probing logic. As intelfb has been obsolete for nearly 2 decades,
it is probably not worth the effort. Let's just remove it. Also
remove the related documentation.

fbdev: amba-clcd: Delete the old CLCD driver

We have managed to ascertain that all users of the old FBDEV
code that are out of tree are now gone.

The new DRM driver can be found in drivers/gpu/drm/pl111/.

The remaining out of tree user was the ARM FVP emulation
platform, running Android. Thanks to changes in Android
versions 13 and 14, Android can now use the DRM driver when
being emulated under FVP. Some final patches are being put
in place to make it fully featured.

This is essentially a revert of the partial revert in

fbdev/arcfb: Use generator macros for deferred I/O

Implement the driver's fops with the generator macros for deferred
I/O. Only requires per-driver code for the on-scren scanout buffer.
The generated helpers implement reading, writing and drawing on top
of that. Also update the selected Kconfig tokens accordingly.

Actual support for deferred I/O is missing from the driver. So
writing to memory-mapped pages does not automatically update the
scanout buffer.
