usb: gadget: eem: fix echo command packet response issue

when receive eem echo command, it will send a response,
but queue this response to the usb request which allocate
from gadget device endpoint zero,
and transmit the request to IN endpoint of eem interface.

on dwc3 gadget, it will trigger following warning in function
__dwc3_gadget_ep_queue(),

if (WARN(req->dep != dep, "request %pK belongs to '%s'\n",
&req->request, req->dep->name))
return -EINVAL;

fix it by allocating a usb request from IN endpoint of eem interface,
and transmit the usb request to same IN endpoint of eem interface.

USB: gadget: function: Remove redundant license text

Now that the SPDX tag is in all USB files, that identifies the license
in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL text wording
can be removed as it is no longer needed at all.

This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in
the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff
like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never
needed.

No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed.

USB: add SPDX identifiers to all remaining files in drivers/usb/

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.

Update the drivers/usb/ and include/linux/usb* files with the correct
SPDX license identifier based on the license text in the file itself.
The SPDX identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used
instead of the full boiler plate text.

This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe
Ombredanne, and Kate Stewart.

usb: gadget: prevent potenial null pointer dereference on skb->len

An earlier fix partially fixed the null pointer dereference on skb->len
by moving the assignment of len after the check on skb being non-null,
however it failed to remove the erroneous dereference when assigning len.
Correctly fix this by removing the initialisation of len as was
originally intended.

usb: gadget: f_eem: eliminate abuse of ep->driver data

Since ep->driver_data is not used for endpoint claiming, neither for
enabled/disabled state storing, we can reduce number of places where
we read or modify it's value, as now it has no particular meaning for
function or framework logic.

In case of f_ecm, ep->driver_data was used only for endpoint claiming
and marking endpoints as enabled, so we can simplify code by reducing
it.
