rtc: Switch back to struct platform_driver::remove()
After commit 0edb555a65d1 ("platform: Make platform_driver::remove() return void") .remove() is (again) the right callback to implement for platform drivers.
Convert all platform drivers below drivers/rtc to use .remove(), with the eventual goal to drop struct platform_driver::remove_new(). As .remove() and .remove_new() have the same prototypes, conversion is done by just changing the structure member name in the driver initializer.

rtc: sa1100: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns void.
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove callback to the void returning variant.

rtc: rework rtc_register_device() resource management
rtc_register_device() is a managed interface but it doesn't use devres by itself - instead it marks an rtc_device as "registered" and the devres callback for devm_rtc_allocate_device() takes care of resource release.
This doesn't correspond with the design behind devres where managed structures should not be aware of being managed. The correct solution here is to register a separate devres callback for unregistering the device.
While at it: rename rtc_register_device() to devm_rtc_register_device() and add it to the list of managed interfaces in devres.rst. This way we can avoid any potential confusion of driver developers who may expect there to exist a corresponding unregister function.

The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release or on probe failure, since commit 0998d063100 ("device-core: Ensure drvdata = NULL when no driver is bound"). Thus, it is not needed to manually clear the device driver data to NULL.

drivers/rtc/rtc-sa1100.c: move clock enable/disable to probe/remove
The original sa1100_rtc_open/sa1100_rtc_release will be called when the /dev/rtc0 is opened or closed. In fact, these two functions will enable/disable the clock. Disabling clock will make rtc not work. So only enable/disable clock when probe/remove the device.

drivers/rtc: remove IRQF_DISABLED
Since commit e58aa3d2d0cc ("genirq: run irq handlers with interrupts disabled") we run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler returns with interrupts enabled - see commit b738a50a2026 ("genirq: warn when handler enables interrupts").
So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed.
