wifi: ath: dfs_pattern_detector: Use flex array to simplify code

At the time of the writing, the value of 'num_radar_types' is 7 or 9. So
on a 64 bits system, only 56 or 72 bytes are allocated for the
'detectors' array.

Turn it into a flex array, in order to simplify memory management and save
an indirection when the array is used.

Doing so, cd->detectors can't be NULL, and channel_detector_exit() can be
simplified as well.

If an error occurs and channel_detector_exit() is called, it relies on

Otherwise, it may access to un-initialized memory.

Fix it and initialize the memory, as what was done before the commit in

ath: dfs_pattern_detector: Avoid open coded arithmetic in memory allocation

kmalloc_array()/kcalloc() should be used to avoid potential overflow when
a multiplication is needed to compute the size of the requested memory.

kmalloc_array() can be used here instead of kcalloc() because the array is
fully initialized in the next 'for' loop.

Finally, 'cd->detectors' is defined as 'struct pri_detector **detectors;'.
So 'cd->detectors' and '*cd->detectors' are both some pointer.
So use a more logical 'sizeof(*cd->detectors)'.

ath: dfs_pattern_detector: Fix possible null-pointer dereference in channel_detector_create()

kzalloc() is used to allocate memory for cd->detectors, and if it fails,
channel_detector_exit() behind the label fail will be called:
channel_detector_exit(dpd, cd);

In channel_detector_exit(), cd->detectors is dereferenced through:
struct pri_detector *de = cd->detectors[i];

To fix this possible null-pointer dereference, check cd->detectors before
the for loop to dereference cd->detectors.

ath: drop unnecessary list_empty

list_for_each_entry{_safe} is able to handle an empty list.
The only effect of avoiding the loop is not initializing the
index variable.
Drop list_empty tests in cases where these variables are not
used.

Note that list_for_each_entry{_safe} is defined in terms of
list_first_entry, which indicates that it should not be used on an
empty list. But in list_for_each_entry{_safe}, the element obtained
by list_first_entry is not really accessed, only the address of its
list_head field is compared to the address of the list head, so the
list_first_entry is safe.

The semantic patch that makes this change for the list_for_each_entry
case is as follows: (http://coccinelle.lip6.fr/)

ath: add support to get the detected radar specifications

This enables ath10k/ath9k drivers to collect the specifications of the
radar type once it is detected by the dfs pattern detector unit.
Usage of the collected info is specific to driver implementation.
For example, collected radar info could be used by the host driver
to send to co-processors for additional processing/validation.

Note: 'radar_detector_specs' data containing the specifications of
different radar types which was private within dfs_pattern_detector/
dfs_pri_detector is now shared with drivers as well for making use
of this information.

tree-wide: replace config_enabled() with IS_ENABLED()

The use of config_enabled() against config options is ambiguous. In
practical terms, config_enabled() is equivalent to IS_BUILTIN(), but the
author might have used it for the meaning of IS_ENABLED(). Using
IS_ENABLED(), IS_BUILTIN(), IS_MODULE() etc. makes the intention
clearer.

This commit replaces config_enabled() with IS_ENABLED() where possible.
This commit is only touching bool config options.

I noticed two cases where config_enabled() is used against a tristate
option:

- config_enabled(CONFIG_HWMON)
[ drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath10k/thermal.c ]

- config_enabled(CONFIG_BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE)
[ drivers/gpu/drm/gma500/opregion.c ]

I did not touch them because they should be converted to IS_BUILTIN()
in order to keep the logic, but I was not sure it was the authors'
intention.

ath: fix DFS timestamp wraparound reset condition

The DFS pattern detector ought to reset the
detector lines when a pulse is added with
lower time stamp than the previous (which
indicates a TSF restart).

This did not work so far and is fixed with
this patch.

The modification does not change detection
performance within the driver, since it
only ensures early reset (which is later
performed by the PRI detectors anyway).
It is relevant for synthetic tests and
statistical evaluations, where millions
of pulse patterns are processed and an
early reset helps reducing load.

ath: use PRI value given by spec for fixed PRI

PRI value is used as divider when DFS detector analyzes candidate
radar pulses.
If PRI deviation is big from its origin PRI, DFS detector could miss
valid radar reports since HW often misses detecting radar pulses and
causes long interval value of pulses.

For instance from practical results, if runtime PRI is calculated as
1431 for fixed PRI value of 1428 and delta timestamp logs 15719,
the modular remainder will be 1409 and the delta between the remainder
and runtime PRI is 22 that is bigger than PRI tolerance which is 16.
As a result this radar report will be ignored even though it's valid.

By using spec defined PRI for fixed PRI, we can correct this error.

ath: fix incorrect PPB on JAPAN chirp radar

The number of pulses per burst on Japan chirp radar is
between 1 and 3. The previous value, 20, is representing
number of bursts, but since current DFS detector is using
pulse detection other than bursts, use the pulse number
for correct radar detection.
Also using the highest number helps to avoid false detection.

ath: lower JP W53 band DFS detection threshold around 30%

Japan's W53 band requires 50% data traffic during its DFS test,
but WLAN baseband used by ath9k and ath10k is not able to achieve
current threshold rate, 50%, under the data traffic rate.
In other words, HW occasionally fails detecting radar pulses,
so that SW cannot get enough radar reports to achieve the rate.

ath: define JP DFS patterns separated from FCC

Separate Japan's DFS pattern from FCC to control PPB threshold.

Currently all the radar detectors use the same threshold rate at
50%, but it's not able to achieve if data traffic rate is higher
than 40% because WLAN baseband used by ath9k and ath10k often fails
detecting radar pulses, so that SW cannot get enough radar reports
to achieve the rate.

Since Japan's W53 band requires 50% data traffic during its DFS
test we need to apply different threshold rate than others on it.
Hence define its own pattern to give flexibility to threshold rate.

ath: support new FCC DFS Radar Type 1

Add support for new FCC DFS rules released on August 14, 2014.
FCC has added a new radar type named Radar Type 1 and original
Radar Type 1 is renamed to Radar Type 0 in consequence.

During the certificate test, Type 1 PRI values are randomly selected
within the range of 518 and 3066 and we divide it to 3 groups based on
practical test result data collected for more than a year.

For about Radar type ID, it does nothing to functionalities.
In other words, even if we re-order the IDs, DFS detection will
work as well, but we give the ID with matching to FCC doc.

By adding this support, the drivers using this DFS function are
able to support both of old and new FCC DFS rules simultaneously
without any other changes.
