Input: drop vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish
Since commit 88785982a19d ("media: vb2: use lock if wait_prepare/finish are NULL") it is no longer needed to set the wait_prepare/finish vb2_ops callbacks as long as the lock field in vb2_queue is set.
Since the vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish callbacks already rely on that field, we can safely drop these callbacks.
This simplifies the code and this is a step towards the goal of deleting these callbacks.

Input: touchscreen - use sizeof(*pointer) instead of sizeof(type)
It is preferred to use sizeof(*pointer) instead of sizeof(type) due to the type of the variable can change and one needs not change the former (unlike the latter).
The refactoring is mostly trivial except for "usbtouchscreen.c" file. Here, in the "mtouch_alloc" and "nexio_alloc" functions, it is necessary to use a variable with a predefined type instead of the "usbtouch->priv" variable (void * type). This way, the "sizeof" operator can now know the correct size. Moreover, we need to set the "usbtouch->priv" pointer after the memory allocation since now the "kmalloc" return value is not assigned directly.
This patch has no effect on runtime behavior.

media: sur40: Remove uninitialized_var() usage
Using uninitialized_var() is dangerous as it papers over real bugs[1] (or can in the future), and suppresses unrelated compiler warnings (e.g. "unused variable"). If the compiler thinks it is uninitialized, either simply initialize the variable or make compiler changes. As a precursor to removing[2] this[3] macro[4], just remove this variable since it was actually unused:
drivers/input/touchscreen/sur40.c:459:6: warning: variable 'packet_id' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable] 459 | u32 packet_id; | ^~~~~~~~~
However, in keeping with the documentation desires outlined in commit 335abaea7a27 ("Input: sur40 - silence unnecessary noisy debug output"), comment out the assignment instead of removing it.
