HID: hid-debug: more informative output for EV_KEY
Currently hid-debug's hid_resolv_event prints questions marks for all entries without explicit mapping information. This makes debugging unnecessarily complicated as multiple different keys may simply result in the same uninformative output.
Some common event codes are deliberately not defined in input-event-codes.h. For example the 16th gamepad key.
Instead, print the hexadecimal codes for all events without symbolic names.

HID: hid-debug: add missing evdev and HID codes
Hid-debug's rdesc output for a game controller contained a few question marks and numeric IDs instead of the expected descriptive names.
This happens because: 1) the mapping data is missing event codes defined in input-event-codes.h 2) HID usages aren't up to date 3) hid_resolv_usage fails to account for the sensor pages' modifiers
Add missing event codes and update HID to HUT 1.5.

HID: fix HID device resource race between HID core and debugging support
hid_debug_events_release releases resources bound to the HID device instance. hid_device_release releases the underlying HID device instance potentially before hid_debug_events_release has completed releasing debug resources bound to the same HID device instance.
Reference count to prevent the HID device instance from being torn down preemptively when HID debugging support is used. When count reaches zero, release core resources of HID device instance using hiddev_free.

HID: hid-debug: clean up snprintf() checks in hid_resolv_usage()
The snprintf() limits are complicated and slightly wrong when it does:
max(0, HID_DEBUG_BUFSIZE - len - 1)
The "- 1" should not be there. It means we can't use the last byte of the buffer. If we change the first snprintf() to scnprintf() then we can remove the max().
At the start of the function the strlen(buf) is going always going to be < HID_DEBUG_BUFSIZE so that is safe. If it were > HID_DEBUG_BUFSIZE then that would result in a WARN().

HID: input: map battery capacity (00850065)
This is the capacity in percentage, relative to design capacity. Specifically, it is present in Apple Magic Mouse 2.
In contrast, usage 00850064 is also the capacity in percentage, but is relative to full capacity. It is not mapped here because I don't have such device.

HID: hid-debug: fix nonblocking read semantics wrt EIO/ERESTARTSYS
When the file has been open in non-blocking mode, EIO or ERESTARTSYS would never be returned even if they should (for example when device has been unplugged, you want EIO and not EAGAIN to be returned).
Move the O_NONBLOCK check after other checks have been performed.

HID: debug: fix race condition with between rdesc_show() and device removal
There is a race condition that could happen if hid_debug_rdesc_show() is running while hdev is in the process of going away (device removal, system suspend, etc) which could result in NULL pointer dereference:

HID: debug: fix the ring buffer implementation
Ring buffer implementation in hid_debug_event() and hid_debug_events_read() is strange allowing lost or corrupted data. After commit 717adfdaf147 ("HID: debug: check length before copy_to_user()") it is possible to enter an infinite loop in hid_debug_events_read() by providing 0 as count, this locks up a system. Fix this by rewriting the ring buffer implementation with kfifo and simplify the code.
This fixes CVE-2019-3819.
