drm/fbdev-ttm: Remove obsolete setup function
The old setup function drm_fbdev_ttm_setup() is unused. Remove it and
its internal callbacks. New drivers should call drm_client_setup()
instead.

Rework fbdev probing to support fbdev_probe in struct drm_driver
and reimplement the old fb_probe callback on top of it. Provide an
initializer macro for struct drm_driver that sets the callback
according to the kernel configuration.
This change allows the common fbdev client to run on top of TTM-
based DRM drivers.

Only TTM-based drivers use fbdev-generic. Rename it to fbdev-ttm and
change the symbol infix from _generic_ to _ttm_. Link the source file
into TTM helpers, s

into TTM helpers, so that it is only build if TTM-based drivers have
been selected. Select DRM_TTM_HELPER for loongson.
