Call drm_client_get_tile_offsets() in drm_client_firmware_config() as well, to ensure that the offset is set correctly.
This has to be done as a separate pass, as the tile order may not be equal to the drm connector order.

drm/client: Remove match on mode name
Commit 3aeeb13d8996 ("drm/modes: Support modes names on the command line") initially introduced the named modes support by essentially matching the name passed on the command-line to the mode names defined by the drivers.
This proved to be difficult to work with, since all drivers had to provide properly named modes. This was also needed because we weren't passing a full blown-mode to the drivers, but were only filling its name.
Thanks to the previous patches, we now generate a proper mode, and we thus can use the usual matching algo on timings, and can simply drop the name match.

drm/client: Don't add new command-line mode
Don't add a mode for the kernel's command-line parameters from within the DRM client code. Doing so can result in an unusable display. If there's no compatible command-line mode, the client will use one of the connector's preferred modes.
All mode creation and validation has to be performed by the connector. When clients run, the connector's fill_modes callback has already processed the kernel parameters and validated each mode before adding it. The connector's mode list does not contain invalid modes.

drm: Nuke mode->vrefresh
Get rid of mode->vrefresh and just calculate it on demand. Saves a bit of space and avoids the cached value getting out of sync with reality.
Mostly done with cocci, with the following manual fixups: - Remove the now empty loop in drm_helper_probe_single_connector_modes() - Fix __MODE() macro in ch7006_mode.c - Fix DRM_MODE_ARG() macro in drm_modes.h - Remove leftover comment from samsung_s6d16d0_mode - Drop the TODO

drm/modes: Allow DRM_MODE_ROTATE_0 when applying video mode parameters
At the moment, only DRM_MODE_ROTATE_180 is allowed when we try to apply the rotation from the video mode parameters. It is also useful to allow DRM_MODE_ROTATE_0 in case there is only a reflect option in the video mode parameter (e.g. video=540x960,reflect_x).
DRM_MODE_ROTATE_0 means "no rotation" and should therefore not require any special handling, so we can just add it to the if condition.
