fbdev: Fix recursive dependencies wrt BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE
Do not select BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE from FB_BACKLIGHT. The latter only controls backlight support within fbdev core code and data structures.
Make fbdev drivers depend on BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE and let users select it explicitly. Fixes warnings about recursive dependencies, such as
error: recursive dependency detected! symbol BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE is selected by FB_BACKLIGHT symbol FB_BACKLIGHT is selected by FB_SH_MOBILE_LCDC symbol FB_SH_MOBILE_LCDC depends on FB_DEVICE symbol FB_DEVICE depends on FB_CORE symbol FB_CORE is selected by DRM_GEM_DMA_HELPER symbol DRM_GEM_DMA_HELPER is selected by DRM_PANEL_ILITEK_ILI9341 symbol DRM_PANEL_ILITEK_ILI9341 depends on BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE
BACKLIGHT_CLASS_DEVICE is user-selectable, so making drivers adapt to it is the correct approach in any case. For most drivers, backlight support is also configurable separately.

auxdisplay/ht16k33: Initialize fb_ops with fbdev macros
Initialize the instance of struct fb_ops with fbdev initializer macros for framebuffers in virtual address space. Set the read/write, draw and mmap callbacks to the correct implementation and avoid implicit defaults. Also select the necessary helpers in Kconfig.
Fbdev drivers sometimes rely on the callbacks being NULL for a default I/O-memory-based implementation to be invoked; hence requiring the I/O helpers to be built in any case. Setting all callbacks in all drivers explicitly will allow to make the I/O helpers optional. This benefits systems that do not use these functions.

auxdisplay: ht16k33: Add LED support
Instantiate a single LED based on the "led" subnode in DT. This allows the user to control display brightness and blinking (backed by hardware support) through the LED class API and triggers, and exposes the display color. The LED will be named "auxdisplay:<color>:<function>".
When running in dot-matrix mode and if no "led" subnode is found, the driver falls back to the traditional backlight mode, to preserve backwards compatibility.

treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'
Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over '---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.
This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines, I also fixed the indentation.
There are a variety of indentation styles found.
a) 4 spaces + '---help---' b) 7 spaces + '---help---' c) 8 spaces + '---help---' d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---' e) 1 tab + '---help---' (correct indentation) f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---' g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'
In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the following commend:
$ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

docs: kbuild: convert docs to ReST and rename to *.rst
The kbuild documentation clearly shows that the documents there are written at different times: some use markdown, some use their own peculiar logic to split sections.
Convert everything to ReST without affecting too much the author's style and avoiding adding uneeded markups.
The conversion is actually: - add blank lines and identation in order to identify paragraphs; - fix tables markups; - add some lists markups; - mark literal blocks; - adjust title markups.
At its new index.rst, let's add a :orphan: while this is not linked to the main index.rst file, in order to avoid build warnings.

auxdisplay: deconfuse configuration
The auxdisplay Kconfig is confusing. It creates two separate menus even though the settings are closely related. Moreover, the options for setting the boot message depend on CONFIG_PARPORT even though they are used by drivers that do not.
Clear up the confusion by moving the "Parallel port LCD/Keypad" menu under auxdisplay where it logically belongs. Change the boot message options to depend only on CONFIG_CHARLCD, making them accessible also when only the HD44780 is selected.
Since the "Parallel port LCD/Keypad" driver now has a new dependency on CONFIG_AUXDISPLAY, rename its Kconfig symbol and keep the old one such that make oldconfig will not disable the driver.

auxdisplay: make PANEL a menuconfig
This change makes xconfig present the PANEL drivers immediately following the AUXDISPLAY drivers instead of under the major menu item "Device Drivers". It also unclutters the Device Drivers menu in nconfig and menuconfig by moving the PANEL drivers to a sub-menu.

auxdisplay: fix broken menu
Having the CHARLCD Kconfig symbol between "menuconfig AUXDISPLAY" and "if AUXDISPLAY" breaks the AUXDISPLAY submenus, so move the CHARLCD Kconfig symbol near the end of the file so that the menu display is continuous.
Also include ARM_CHARLCD inside of the if AUXDISPLAY/endif block. Geert says that it should be there.
