powerpc overrides kprobes::alloc_insn_page() to remove writable permissions when STRICT_MODULE_RWX is on.
Add definition of EXECMEM_KRPOBES to execmem_params to allow using the generic kprobes::alloc_insn_page() with the desired permissions.
As powerpc uses breakpoint instructions to inject kprobes, it does not need to constrain kprobe allocations to the modules area and can use the entire vmalloc address space.

Extend execmem parameters to accommodate more complex overrides of module_alloc() by architectures.
This includes specification of a fallback range required by arm, arm64 and powerpc, EXECMEM_MODULE_DATA type required by powerpc, support for allocation of KASAN shadow required by s390 and x86 and support for late initialization of execmem required by arm64.
The core implementation of execmem_alloc() takes care of suppressing warnings when the initial allocation fails but there is a fallback range defined.

Now that the list has gone, I think we can also clean up the bug entries in mod_arch_specific.

Huge page backed vmalloc memory could benefit performance in many cases. However, some users of vmalloc may not be ready to handle huge pages for various reasons: hardware constraints, potential pages split, etc. VM_NO_HUGE_VMAP was introduced to allow vmalloc users to opt-out huge pages. However, it is not easy to track down all the users that require the opt-out, as the allocation are passed different stacks and may cause issues in different layers.
To address this issue, replace VM_NO_HUGE_VMAP with an opt-in flag, VM_ALLOW_HUGE_VMAP, so that users that benefit from huge pages could ask specificially.
Also, remove vmalloc_no_huge() and add opt-in helper vmalloc_huge().

On book3s/32, when STRICT_KERNEL_RWX is selected, modules are allocated on the segment just before kernel text, ie on the 0xb0000000-0xbfffffff when PAGE_OFFSET is 0xc0000000.
On the 8xx, TASK_SIZE is 0x80000000. The space between TASK_SIZE and PAGE_OFFSET is not used and could be used for modules.
The idea comes from ARM architecture.
Having modules just below PAGE_OFFSET offers an opportunity to minimise the distance between kernel text and modules and avoid trampolines in modules to access kernel functions or other module functions.
When MODULES_VADDR is defined, powerpc has it's own module_alloc() function. In that function, first try to allocate the module above the limit defined by '_etext - 32M'. Then if the allocation fails, fallback to the entire MODULES area.

Currently we generate the module stub for ftrace_caller() at the bottom of apply_relocate_add(). However apply_relocate_add() is potentially called more than once per module, which means we will try to generate the ftrace_caller() stub multiple times.
Although the current code deals with that correctly, ie. it only generates a stub the first time, it would be clearer to only try to generate the stub once.
Note also on first reading it may appear that we generate a different stub for each section that requires relocation, but that is not the case. The code in stub_for_addr() that searches for an existing stub uses sechdrs[me->arch.stubs_section], ie. the single stub section for this module.
A cleaner approach is to only generate the ftrace_caller() stub once, from module_finalize(). Although the original code didn't check to see if the stub was actually generated correctly, it seems prudent to add a check, so do that. And an additional benefit is we can clean the ifdefs up a little.
Finally we must propagate the const'ness of some of the pointers passed to module_finalize(), but that is also an improvement.

With all the recent module loading cleanups, we've minimized the code that sits under module_mutex, fixing various deadlocks and making it possible to do most of the module loading in parallel.
However, that whole conversion totally missed the rather obscure code that adds a new module to the list for BUG() handling. That code was doubly obscure because (a) the code itself lives in lib/bugs.c (for dubious reasons) and (b) it gets called from the architecture-specific "module_finalize()" rather than from generic code.
Calling it from arch-specific code makes no sense what-so-ever to begin with, and is now actively wrong since that code isn't protected by the module loading lock any more.
So this commit moves the "module_bug_{finalize,cleanup}()" calls away from the arch-specific code, and into the generic code - and in the process protects it with the module_mutex so that the list operations are now safe.
Future fixups: - move the module list handling code into kernel/module.c where it belongs. - get rid of 'module_bug_list' and just use the regular list of modules (called 'modules' - imagine that) that we already create and maintain for other reasons.
