kbuild: use $(src) instead of $(srctree)/$(src) for source directory
Kbuild conventionally uses $(obj)/ for generated files, and $(src)/ for checked-in source files. It is merely a convention without any functional difference. In fact, $(obj) and $(src) are exactly the same, as defined in scripts/Makefile.build:
src := $(obj)
When the kernel is built in a separate output directory, $(src) does not accurately reflect the source directory location. While Kbuild resolves this discrepancy by specifying VPATH=$(srctree) to search for source files, it does not cover all cases. For example, when adding a header search path for local headers, -I$(srctree)/$(src) is typically passed to the compiler.
This introduces inconsistency between upstream and downstream Makefiles because $(src) is used instead of $(srctree)/$(src) for the latter.
To address this inconsistency, this commit changes the semantics of $(src) so that it always points to the directory in the source tree.
Going forward, the variables used in Makefiles will have the following meanings:
$(obj) - directory in the object tree $(src) - directory in the source tree (changed by this commit) $(objtree) - the top of the kernel object tree $(srctree) - the top of the kernel source tree
Consequently, $(srctree)/$(src) in upstream Makefiles need to be replaced with $(src).

mips: syscalls: switch to generic syscalltbl.sh
Many architectures duplicate similar shell scripts.
This commit converts mips to use scripts/syscalltbl.sh. This also unifies syscall_table_32_o32.h and syscall_table_64_o32.h into syscall_table_o32.h.
The offset parameters are unneeded here; __SYSCALL(nr, entry) is defined as 'PTR entry', so the parameter 'nr' is not used in the first place.
With this commit, syscall tables and generated files are straight mapped, which makes things easier to understand.
syscall_n32.tbl --> syscall_table_n32.h syscall_n64.tbl --> syscall_table_n64.h syscall_o32.tbl --> syscall_table_o32.h
Then, the abi parameters are also unneeded.

arch: syscalls: add missing FORCE and fix 'targets' to make if_changed work
The rules in these Makefiles cannot detect the command line change because the prerequisite 'FORCE' is missing.
Adding 'FORCE' will result in the headers being rebuilt every time because the 'targets' additions are also wrong; the file paths in 'targets' must be relative to the current Makefile.
Fix all of them so the if_changed rules work correctly.

mips: add system call table generation support
The system call tables are in different format in all architecture and it will be difficult to manually add, modify or delete the syscall table entries in the res- pective files. To make it easy by keeping a script and which will generate the uapi header and syscall table file. This change will also help to unify the implemen- tation across all architectures.
The system call table generation script is added in kernel/syscalls directory which contain the scripts to generate both uapi header file and system call table files. The syscall.tbl will be input for the scripts.
syscall.tbl contains the list of available system calls along with system call number and corresponding entry point. Add a new system call in this architecture will be possible by adding new entry in the syscall.tbl file.
Adding a new table entry consisting of: - System call number. - ABI. - System call name. - Entry point name. - Compat entry name, if required.
syscallhdr.sh, syscallnr.sh and syscalltbl.sh will gene- rate uapi header unistd_n64/n32/o32.h, unistd_nr_n64/n32/- o32.h and syscall_table_32_o32/64_n64/64-n32/64-o32.h files respectively. All *.sh files will parse the content sys- call.tbl to generate the header and table files. unistd- _n64/n32/o32.h and unistd_nr_n64/n32/o32.h will be included by uapi/asm/unistd.h and syscall_table_32_o32/64_n64/64-n32- /64-o32.h is included by kernel/syscall_table32_o32/64- _n64/64-n32/64-o32.S - the real system call table.
ARM, s390 and x86 architecuture does have similar support. I leverage their implementation to come up with a generic solution.
