call”. However, we don't act

the error code stored in the errno variable at the beginning of the
call”. However, we don't actually save `errno` until fairly late in
`__vfprintf()`. Make sure it is saved before we do anything that
might perturb `errno`.

The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification
to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
