sys/modules: normalize .CURDIR-relative paths to SRCTOP

This simplifies make output/logic

Tested with: `cd sys/modules; make ALL_MODULES=` on amd64

Makefile changes to reflect moving sys/isofs/cd9660 to sys/fs/cd9660.
Continue to install userland include files in /usr/include/isofs/cd9660
so as not to break userland applications such as libstand.

- Support for multibyte charsets in LIBICONV.
- CD9660_ICONV, NTFS_ICONV and MSDOSFS_ICONV kernel options
(with corresponding modules).
- kiconv(3) for loadable charset conversion tables support.

Drop <bsd.man.mk> support from <bsd.kmod.mk>.

Not objected to by: -current

Export cd9660_wchar2char symbol, because we need it in the pluggable
unicode decoding klds (cd9660_unicode port).

Use a consistent style and one much closer to the rest of /usr/src

Use .include <bsd.kmod.mk> to get to ../../*/conf/kmod.mk instead of
encoding the relative path.

Pull in sys/conf/kmod.mk, rather than /usr/share/mk/bsd.kmod.mk.
This means that the kernel can be totally self contained now and is not
dependent on the last buildworld to update /usr/share/mk. Thi

Build LKMs for all ``easy'' filesystems. (lfs can be done, but it's more
work; ditto NFS and it's even more work.)
