[expo-updates][iOS] Fix template for EX_UPDATES_NATIVE_DEBUG (#23602)
# Why
To run an iOS app with updates enabled but with debug configuration, we
provide the ability to set the `EX_UPDATES_NATIVE_DEBUG` environment
variable and rerun `pod install`. However, it is currently still
necessary to manually modify the Xcode project to change the build phase
that bundles the JS app, as it forces `SKIP_BUNDLING` for debug builds,
and there is no way to modify that in `.xcode.env` or
`.xcode.env.local`.
# How
Modify the above build phase to source `.xcode.env.local` again before
running the React Native bundling script.
# Test Plan
Updates E2E tests have been modified to make use of the above changes,
to show that the Xcode project no longer has to be modified for Detox
tests with iOS debug builds.
