Architecture is similar to iOS.

- changed bare-icon
- added `ShakeDetector`
- added `ThreeFingerLongPressDetector`
- added `DevMenuManager`
- replaced `DevInternalSettings` with custom one to change bundler URL
- created exported modules - `DevMenuInternalModule`, `DevMenuModule`, `DevMenuSettings`

- [ ] ~~fix navigation buttons~~ will be done in a separate PR
- [x] run `pod install`
