That means that all of`tests/all/debug/testsuite/*` is moved to`crates/test-programs/src/bin/*`. Additionally the hardcoded per-testconfiguration in `crates/test-programs/artifacts/build.rs` was removedin favor of in-test configuration at the top of the file.
