Remove usages of deprecated std::unary_function and std::binary_function.These are removed in C++17. We still have some users ofunary_function::argument_type, so just spell that typedef out. Reduce size of some tables in tablegen register info output.Primarily done by using SequenceToOffsetTable to reduce the register pressure set tables and then sizing the indices into the tables appropriately.
