[lldb] Get rid of HAVE_SYS_TYPES_HLLVM includes this header unconditionally on all platforms(including Windows), so this define should no longer be necessary. No behavior change.Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D107338

[lldb] Check for and use ptsname_r if availableptsname is not thread-safe. ptsname_r is available on most (but not all)systems -- use it preferentially. In the patch I also improve the thread-safety of the ptsname fallbackpath by wrapping it in a mutex. This should guarantee the safety of atypical ptsname implementation using a single static buffer, as long asall callers go through this function.I also remove the error arguments, as the only way this function canfail is if the "primary" fd is not valid. This is a programmer error asthis requirement is documented, and all callers ensure that is the case.Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D88728

Itnow also uses cmakedefine01 to keep things consistent with out otheroptional dependencies. But more importantly it won't silently fail whenyou forget to include Config.h.

[cmake] Move LLDB_DISABLE_LIBEDIT handling code into a central placeThis was previously scattered between the main CMakeLists.txt file andLLDBGenerateConfig.cmake and LLDBConfig.cmake. This caused the some ofthe code to be executed in incorrect order. Specifically, the check forel_winsertstr was done before libedit_LIBRARIES was computed, and so italways failed on the first run.Moving it the two checks to a central place makes sure this doesn'thappen again and improves the overall readability.llvm-svn: 355103

[cmake] Detect presence of wide-char libedit at build timeSummary:Instead of hardcoding a list of platforms where libedit is known to havewide char support we detect this in cmake. The main motivation for thisis attempting to improve compatibility with different versions oflibedit, as the interface of non-wide-char functions varies slightlybetween versions.Reviewers: krytarowski, uweigand, jankratochvil, timshen, beanzSubscribers: mgorny, lldb-commitsDifferential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D47625llvm-svn: 334393
