[LLD] [COFF] Order .debug_* sections at the end, to avoid leaving gaps if strippedSo far, we sort all discardable sections at the end, with only someextra logic to make sure that the .reloc section is at the startof that group of sections. But if there are other discardablesections, other than .reloc, they must also be ordered before.debug_* sections, to avoid leaving gaps if the executable isstripped.(Stripping executables doesn't remove all discardable sections,only the ones named .debug_*).Rust binaries seem to include a .rmeta section, which is markeddiscardable. [COFF] Update LLD yaml test cases to include .bss sizeThese yaml test cases appear to have been affected by PR41836Right now what happens is that these empty .bss sections are merged into.data, then the .data output section ends up having a zero virtual size,and it is discarded from the output after addresses are assigned.However, we've already assigned OutputSections to Chunks, so we don'tcorrectly report the zero-sized chunks that were in there as having beendiscarded. [COFF] Sort .reloc before all other discardable sectionsIf a binary is stripped, which can remove discardable sections (exceptfor the .reloc section, which also is marked as discardable as it isn'tloaded at runtime, only read by the loader), the .reloc section shouldbe first of them, in order not to create gaps in the image.Previously, binaries with relocations were broken if they were strippedby GNU binutils strip. [codeview] Make obj2yaml/yaml2obj support .debug$S/T sections.This allows us to use yaml2obj and obj2yaml to round-trip CodeViewsymbol and type information without having to manually specify the bytesof the section. This makes for much easier to maintain tests. See thetests under lld/COFF in this patch for example. Before they just saidSectionData: whereas now we can use meaningful recorddescriptions.
