tsan: introduce New/Alloc/Free helpersWe frequenty allocate sizeof(T) memory and call T ctor on that memory(C++ new keyword effectively). tsan: remove unused pc argumentsRemove pc argument of ThreadIgnoreEnd, ThreadIgnoreSyncEndand AcquireGlobal functions. tsan: remove the stats subsystemI don't think the stat subsystem was ever used since tsandevelopment in 2012.
