When parsing a template friend declaration we dropped the templateparameters on the floor in certain cases:class X { template friend typename A::Foo;};This was parsed as a *non* template friend declaration some how, andreceived an ExtWarn. Fixing the parser to actually provide the templateparameters to the freestanding declaration parse triggers the code whichspecifically looks for such constructs and hard errors on them.Along the way, this prevents us from trying to instantiate constructslike the above inside of a outer template. This is important as loosingthe template parameters means we don't have a well formed declarationand template instantiation will be unable to rebuild the AST. Improve handling of friend types in several ways: - When instantiating a friend type template, perform semantic analysis on the resulting type. - Downgrade the errors concerning friend type declarations that do not refer to classes to ExtWarns in C++98/03. Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'. - This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted. Rework the Parse-Sema interaction for friends to better support friendclass templates. We now treat friend class templates much more likenormal class templates, except that they still get special name lookuprules.
