selftests/damon: add a test for DAMOS quotaAdd a selftest for verifying the DAMOS quota feature. The test is verysimilar to sysfs_update_schemes_tried_regions_wss_estimation.py. Itstarts an artificial workload of 20 MiB working set, run DAMON to find theworking set size, but with 1 MiB/100 ms size quota. Then, it collect theDAMON-found working set size every 100 ms and check if the quota wasalways applied as expected. The test starts a program of artificial access pattern,monitor the access pattern using DAMON, and check if DAMON finds expectedamount of hot data region (working set size) with only acceptable errorrate.Note that the acceptable error rate is set with only naive assumptions andsmall number of tests. Hence failures of the test may not always meanDAMON is broken. Rather than that, those could be a signal to betterunderstand the real accuracy level of DAMON in wider environments.
