ASoC: Intel: avs: Machine board registrationAVS driver operates with granular audio card division in mind.Super-card approach (e.g.: I2S, DMIC and HDA DAIs combined) isdeprecated in favour of individual cards - one per each device. Thisprovides necessary dynamism, especially for configurations with numberof codecs present and makes it easier to survive auxiliary devicesfailures - one card failing to probe does not prevent others fromsucceeding. All boards spawned by AVS are unregistered on ->remove(). This includesdummy codecs such as DMIC.As all machine boards found in sound/soc/intel/boards are irreversiblytied to 'super-card' approach, new boards are going to be introduced. This temporarily increases number of boards available under /inteldirectory until skylake-driver becomes deprecated and removed.Signed-off-by: Amadeusz Sławiński <amadeuszx.slawinski@linux.intel.com>Signed-off-by: Cezary Rojewski <cezary.rojewski@intel.com>Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20220516101116.190192-12-cezary.rojewski@intel.comSigned-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@kernel.org>

ASoC: Intel: avs: Path creation and freeingTo implement ASoC PCM operations, DSP path handling is needed. With pathtemplate concept present, information carried by topology file can beconverted into runtime path representation. Each may be composed ofseveral pipelines and each pipeline can contain a number of processingmodules inside. Number of templates and variants found within topologymay vastly outnumber the total amount of pipelines and modules supportedby AudioDSP firmware simultaneously (in runtime) so none of the IDs arespecified in the topology. These are assigned dynamically when neededand account for limitations described by FIRMWARE_CONFIG andHARDWARE_CONFIG basefw parameters.Paths are created on ->hw_params() and are freed on ->hw_free() ALSA PCMoperations. This choice is based on firmware expectations - need forcomplete set of information when attempting to instantiate pipelines andmodules on AudioDSP side. With DMA and audio format provided, searchmechanism tests all path variants available in given path template untila matching variant is found. Once found, information already availableis combined with all avs_tplg_* pieces pointed by matching path variant. This finally allows to begin a cascade of IPCs which goal is to reserveresources and prepare DSP for upcoming audio streaming.Signed-off-by: Amadeusz Sławiński <amadeuszx.slawinski@linux.intel.com>Signed-off-by: Cezary Rojewski <cezary.rojewski@intel.com>Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20220331135246.993089-11-cezary.rojewski@intel.comSigned-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@kernel.org>

ASoC: Intel: avs: General code loading flowCode loading is a complex procedure and requires combined effort of DMAand IPCs. With IPCs already in place, lay out ground for specific DMAtransfer operations.Signed-off-by: Amadeusz Sławiński <amadeuszx.slawinski@linux.intel.com>Signed-off-by: Cezary Rojewski <cezary.rojewski@intel.com>Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20220311153544.136854-15-cezary.rojewski@intel.comSigned-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@kernel.org>

ASoC: Intel: avs: Firmware resources management utilitiesWith basefw runtime parameter handlers added, implement utilityfunctions to ease pipelines and modules allocation. IDA is enlisted tohelp with that.As firmware is modular and multiple binaries can be loaded on-demanddepending on the streaming scenario, custom firmware caching mechanismis added.Signed-off-by: Amadeusz Sławiński <amadeuszx.slawinski@linux.intel.com>Signed-off-by: Cezary Rojewski <cezary.rojewski@intel.com>Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20220311153544.136854-12-cezary.rojewski@intel.comSigned-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@kernel.org>

ASoC: Intel: avs: Add code loading requestsBefore firmware and its modules can be used, they have to be loaded.Code loading process is complex and is a combination of DMA and IPCoperations. Here, IPC part is being added and accounts for CLDMA and HDAmechanisms both.Signed-off-by: Amadeusz Sławiński <amadeuszx.slawinski@linux.intel.com>Signed-off-by: Cezary Rojewski <cezary.rojewski@intel.com>Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20220311153544.136854-6-cezary.rojewski@intel.comSigned-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@kernel.org>
