m68k: coldfire: drop ISA_DMA_API supportAfter a build regression report, I took a look at possible users ofCONFIG_ISA_DMA_API on m68k and found none, which Greg confirmed. TheCONFIG_GENERIC_ISA_DMA option in turn is only needed to implementISA_DMA_API, and is clearly not used on the platforms with ISA support. The CONFIG_ISA support for AMIGA_PCMCIA is probably also unneeded, but this is less clear. Unlike other PCMCIA implementations, this onedoes not use the drivers/pcmcia subsystem at all and just supportsthe "apne" network driver. When it was first added, one could useISA drivers on it as well, but this probably broke at some point. With no reason to keep this, let's just drop the corresponding filesand prevent the remaining ISA drivers that use this from getting built. The remaining definitions in asm/dma.h are used for PCI support.Link: https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/9e5ee1c3-ca80-f343-a1f5-66f3dd1c0727@linux-m68k.org/Acked-by: Geert Uytterhoeven <geert@linux-m68k.org>Acked-by: Ulf Hansson <ulf.hansson@linaro.org> # For MMCAcked-by: Greg Ungerer <gerg@linux-m68k.org>Acked-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>Signed-off-by: Greg Ungerer <gerg@linux-m68k.org>

ALSA: seq: Allow the modular sequencer registrationMany drivers bind the sequencer stuff in off-load by another drivermodule, so that it's loaded only on demand. In the current code, thismechanism doesn't work when the driver is built-in while the sequenceris module. We check with IS_REACHABLE() and enable only when thesequencer is in the same level of build. However, this is basically a overshoot. The binder code(snd-seq-device) is an individual module from the sequencer core(snd-seq), and we just have to make the former a built-in whilekeeping the latter a module for allowing the scenario like the above. This patch achieves that by rewriting Kconfig slightly. Now, a driverthat provides the manual sequencer device binding should selectCONFIG_SND_SEQ_DEVICE in a way as	select SND_SEQ_DEVICE if SND_SEQUENCER != nNote that the "!=n" is needed here to avoid the influence of thesequencer core is module while the driver is built-in.Also, since rawmidi.o may be linked with snd_seq_device.o whenbuilt-in, we have to shuffle the code to make the linker happy.(the kernel linker isn't smart enough yet to handle such a case.)That is, snd_seq_device.c is moved to sound/core from sound/core/seq,as well as Makefile.Last but not least, the patch replaces the code using IS_REACHABLE()with IS_ENABLED(), since now the condition meets always when enabled.Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>

ALSA: seq: Reorganize kconfig and buildThis is a slightly intensive rewrite of Kconfig and Makefile aboutALSA sequencer stuff. The first major change is that the kconfig items for the sequencer aremoved to sound/core/seq/Kconfig. OK, that's easy. The substantial change is that, instead of hackish top-level moduleselection in Makefile, we define a Kconfig item for each sequencermodule. The driver that requires such sequencer components selectexclusively the kconfig items. This is more straightforward andstandard way.Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>

Kconfig: rename HAS_IOPORT to HAS_IOPORT_MAPIf the renamed symbol is defined lib/iomap.c implements ioport_map andioport_unmap and currently (nearly) all platforms define the portaccessor functions outb/inb and friend unconditionally. SoHAS_IOPORT_MAP is the better name for this.Consequently NO_IOPORT is renamed to NO_IOPORT_MAP.The motivation for this change is to reintroduce a symbol HAS_IOPORTthat signals if outb/int et al are available. I will address that atleast one merge window later though to keep surprises to a minimum andcatch new introductions of (HAS|NO)_IOPORT.The changes in this commit were done using:	$ git grep -l -E '(NO|HAS)_IOPORT' | xargs perl -p -i -e 's/\b((?:CONFIG_)?(?:NO|HAS)_IOPORT)\b/$1_MAP/'Signed-off-by: Uwe Kleine-König <u.kleine-koenig@pengutronix.de>Acked-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>Signed-off-by: Andrew Morton <akpm@linux-foundation.org>Signed-off-by: Linus Torvalds <torvalds@linux-foundation.org>

ALSA: introduce snd-cmi8328: C-Media CMI8328 driverIntroduce snd-cmi8328 driver for C-Media CMI8328-based sound cards, such asAudioExcel AV500.It supports PCM playback and capture (full-duplex) through wss_lib, gameport,OPL3 and MPU401. The AV500 card has onboard Dream wavetable synth connectedto the MPU401 port and Aux 1 input internally which works too.The CDROM interface is not supported (as the drivers for these CDROMs wereremoved from the kernel some time ago).A separate driver is needed because CMI8328 is completely different chip toCMI8329/CMI8330. It's configured by magic registers (there's no PnP). Sound isprovided by a real WSS codec (CS4231A) and the SB part is just a SB Proemulation (for DOS games, useless for Linux). When SB is enabled, the CMI8328 chip disables access to the WSS codec, emulates SoundBlaster on one side and outputs sound data to the codec - so SBand WSS can't work together with this card. The WSS codec can do full duplexby itself so there's no need for crazy things like snd-cmi8330 does(combining SB and WSS parts into one driver).Signed-off-by: Ondrej Zary <linux@rainbow-software.org>Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>

ALSA: ISA: New Aztech Sound Galaxy driverThis is a new driver for Aztech Sound Galaxy ISA soundcards based on theAZT1605 and AZT2316 chipsets. It's constructed as two seperate driversfor either chipset generated from the same source file, with (very)minimal ifdeffery. The drivers check the SB DSP version to decide if they are being loadedfor the right chip. AZT1605 returns 2.1 by default and AZT2316 3.1.This isn't full-proof as the DSP version can actually be set throughsoftware but it's close enough -- as far as I've been able to see, theDSP version can not be stored in the EEPROM and the cards will thereforestartup with the defaults. This distinction could (with the same success rate) also be used todecide which chip we're looking at at runtime meaning a single, mergeddriver is also an option but I feel it's actually nicer this way. Amerged driver would have to postpone translating the passed in resourcevalues to the card configuration until it knew which one it was lookingat and would need to postpone erring out on mpu_irq=10 for azt1605 andmpu_irq=3 for azt2316.The drivers have been tested on various cards. All cards work fully -- full-duplex PCM, MIDI and FM. Fullduplex is a little flaky on some.I38-MSN811 tends to not work in full-duplex but sometimes does with thehighest success rate being achieved when you first start the capture andthen a playback instead of the other way around (it's a CS4231-KLcodec).The cards with an AD1845XP codec (my I38-MMSN826 and one of myI38-MMSN830s) are also somewhat duplex-challenged. Sometimes full-duplexworks, sometimes not and this varies from try to try. This seems likelyto be a timing problem somewhere inside wss-lib.I38-MMSN826 has an additional "ICS2115 WaveFront" wavetable synthonboard that isn't supported yet. The wavetable synths on I38-MMSN847and I38-MMSN852 are wired directly to the standard MPU-401 UART and theAUX1 input on the codec and work without problem.CD-ROM audio on the cards is routed to the codec "Line" input, Line-Into its Aux input, and FM/Wavetable to its AUX1 input. I did not renamethe controls due to the capture source enumeration: I see thatcapture-source overrides are hardcoded in wss-lib and this is just toougly to live.Versus the old snd-sgalaxy driver these drivers add support for themodels without a configuration EEPROM (which are common), full-duplex,MPU-401 UART and OPL3. In the future they might grow support for thatICS2115 WaveFront synth on 826 and an hwdep interface to write to theEEPROM on the models that have one.Signed-off-by: Rene Herman <rene.herman@gmail.com>Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>

ALSA: Merge es1688 and es968 driversThe ESS ES968 chip is nothing more then a PnP companionfor a non-PnP audio chip. It was paired with non-PnP ESS' chips:ES688 and ES1688. The ESS' audio chips are handled by the es1688driver in native mode. The PnP cards are handled by the ES968driver in SB compatible mode.Move the ES968 chip handling to the es1688 driver so the drivercan handle both PnP and non-PnP cards. The es968 is removed. Also, a new PnP id is added for the card I acquired (the changewas tested on this card).Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Helt <krzysztof.h1@wp.pl>Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
