cb77f0d6 - scripts: Switch to more portable Perl shebang

scripts: Switch to more portable Perl shebangThe default NetBSD package manager is pkgsrc and it installs Perlalong other third party programs under custom and configurable prefix. The default prefix for binary prebuilt packages is /usr/pkg, and thePerl executable lands in /usr/pkg/bin/perl.This change switches "/usr/bin/perl" to "/usr/bin/env perl" as it'sthe most portable solution that should work for almost everybody.Perl's executable is detected automatically. This change switches -w option passed to the executable with moremodern "use warnings;" approach. There is no functional change to thedefault behavior. While there, drop "require 5" from scripts/namespace.pl (Perl from 1994?).Signed-off-by: Kamil Rytarowski <n54@gmx.com>Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <yamada.masahiro@socionext.com>

scripts/dtc: dt_to_config - kernel config options for a devicetreeDetermining which kernel config options need to be enabled for agiven devicetree can be a painful process. Create a new tool tofind the drivers that may match a devicetree node compatible, find the kernel config options that enable the driver, andoptionally report whether the kernel config option is enabled.Signed-off-by: Gaurav Minocha <gaurav.minocha.os@gmail.com>Signed-off-by: Frank Rowand <frank.rowand@am.sony.com>Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>
