net/mlx5: Remove spinlock support from mlx5_write64As there is no user of mlx5_write64 that passes a spinlock tomlx5_write64, remove this functionality and simplify the function.Signed-off-by: Maxim Mikityanskiy <maximmi@mellanox.com>Reviewed-by: Eran Ben Elisha <eranbe@mellanox.com>Signed-off-by: Saeed Mahameed <saeedm@mellanox.com>

38702cce - net/mlx5: Remove unused MLX5_*_DOORBELL_LOCK macros

net/mlx5: Remove unused MLX5_*_DOORBELL_LOCK macrosMLX5_*_DOORBELL_LOCK macros provided a way to avoid locking formlx5_write64 on 64-bit platforms where it's not necessary. Currently allcalls to mlx5_write64 don't use a spinlock, so the macros became unused.Signed-off-by: Maxim Mikityanskiy <maximmi@mellanox.com>Reviewed-by: Eran Ben Elisha <eranbe@mellanox.com>Signed-off-by: Saeed Mahameed <saeedm@mellanox.com>

5fe9dec0 - IB/mlx5: Use blue flame register allocator in mlx5_ib

IB/mlx5: Use blue flame register allocator in mlx5_ibMake use of the blue flame registers allocator at mlx5_ib. Since blueflame was not really supported we remove all the code that is related toblue flame and we let all consumers to use the same blue flame register.Once blue flame is supported we will add the code. As part of this patchwe also move the definition of struct mlx5_bf to mlx5_ib.h as it is onlyused by mlx5_ib.Signed-off-by: Eli Cohen <eli@mellanox.com>Reviewed-by: Matan Barak <matanb@mellanox.com>Signed-off-by: Leon Romanovsky <leon@kernel.org>Signed-off-by: Saeed Mahameed <saeedm@mellanox.com>

mlx5: Add driver for Mellanox Connect-IB adaptersThe driver is comprised of two kernel modules: mlx5_ib and mlx5_core.This partitioning resembles what we have for mlx4, except that mlx5_ibis the pci device driver and not mlx5_core.mlx5_core is essentially a library that provides general functionalitythat is intended to be used by other Mellanox devices that will beintroduced in the future. mlx5_ib has a similar role as any hardwaredevice under drivers/infiniband/hw.Signed-off-by: Eli Cohen <eli@mellanox.com>Signed-off-by: Jack Morgenstein <jackm@dev.mellanox.co.il>Signed-off-by: Or Gerlitz <ogerlitz@mellanox.com>[ Merge in coccinelle fixes from Fengguang Wu <fengguang.wu@intel.com>. - Roland ]Signed-off-by: Roland Dreier <roland@purestorage.com>
