mfd: wm831x-core: Drop unused module infrastructure from non-modular codeThe Kconfig currently controlling compilation of this code is:drivers/mfd/Kconfig:config MFD_WM831Xdrivers/mfd/Kconfig: bool...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone.Lets remove the couple traces of modular infrastructure use, so thatwhen reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.We delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that informationis already contained at the top of the file in the comments.Previous demodularizaion work has made wm831x_device_exit() no longerused, so it is also removed from the 831x core code.Signed-off-by: Paul Gortmaker <paul.gortmaker@windriver.com>Acked-by: Charles Keepax <ckeepax@opensource.cirrus.com>Signed-off-by: Lee Jones <lee.jones@linaro.org>

mfd: Convert wm831x to irq_domainThe modern idiom is to use irq_domain to allocate interrupts. This isuseful partly to allow further infrastructure to be based on the domainsand partly because it makes it much easier to allocate virtual interruptsto devices as we don't need to allocate a contiguous range of interruptnumbers.Convert the wm831x driver over to this infrastructure, using a legacyIRQ mapping if an irq_base is specified in platform data and otherwiseusing a linear mapping, always registering the interrupts even if theywon't ever be used. Only boards which need to use the GPIOs asinterrupts should need to use an irq_base.This means that we can't use the MFD irq_base management since theunless we're using an explicit irq_base from platform data we can't relyon a linear mapping of interrupts. Instead we need to map things viathe irq_domain - provide a conveniencem function wm831x_irq() to save asmall amount of typing when doing so. Looking at this I couldn't clearlysee anything the MFD core could do to make this nicer.Since we're not supporting device tree yet there's no meaningfuladvantage if we don't do this conversion in one, the fact that theinterrupt resources are used for repeated IP blocks makes accessorfunctions for the irq_domain more trouble to do than they're worth.Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com>Signed-off-by: Samuel Ortiz <sameo@linux.intel.com>

mfd: Simulate active high IRQs with wm831xIn order to ease system integration provide a simulation of active highIRQs on the GPIOs by polling the GPIO status when an IRQ is generated. This isn't ideal on several fronts and will miss initially active IRQs inthe current implementation but it should work well for most cases.Signed-off-by: Mark Brown <broonie@opensource.wolfsonmicro.com>Signed-off-by: Samuel Ortiz <sameo@linux.intel.com>

If the power driver is not able to monitor them (forexample, due to the IRQ line not having been wired up on the system)then any charger interrupt will prevent the system suspending for anymeaningful amount of time since nothing will ack them.Avoid this issue by manually acknowledging these interrupts when wesuspend the WM831x core device if they are masked.
