sysfs, kernfs: move inode code to fs/kernfs/inode.cThere's nothing sysfs-specific in fs/sysfs/inode.c. Move everythingin it to fs/kernfs/inode.c. sysfs: merge regular and bin file handlingWith the previous changes, sysfs regular file code is ready to handlebin files too. This patch makes bin files share the regular filepath.* sysfs_create/remove_bin_file() are moved to fs/sysfs/file.c.* sysfs_init_inode() is updated to use the new sysfs_bin_operations instead of bin_fops for bin files.* fs/sysfs/bin.c and the related pieces are removed.This patch shouldn't introduce any behavior difference to bin fileaccesses.Overall, this unification reduces the amount of duplicate logic, makesbehaviors more consistent and paves the road for building simpler andmore versatile interface which will allow other subsystems to make useof sysfs for their pseudo filesystems.v2: Stale fs/sysfs/bin.c reference dropped from Documentation/DocBook/filesystems.tmpl. Linux-2.6.12-rc2Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" gitarchive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the earlygit days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of goodinfrastructure for it.Let it rip!
