tty: add SPDX identifiers to Kconfig and MakefilesThere were a few Kconfig and Makefiles under drivers/tty/ that weremissing a SPDX identifier. drivers: serial: jsm: Add the Classic board implementationThis commit adds the Digi Classic board implementation to thestaging/jsm driver.The code here is taken from the staging/dgnc driver and modified tomatch the serial/jsm state.
