soc: move SoC driver for the ARM IntegratorThis creates a new SoC bus driver for the ARM Integratorfamily core modules to register the SoC bus and providesysfs info for the core module. We delete the correspondingcode from the Integrator machine and select this driver toget a clean result.Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>

soc: add driver for the ARM RealViewThis adds a SoC driver to be used by the ARM RealViewreference boards. We create the "versatile" directory to holdthe different ARM reference designs as per the pattern of theclk directory layout. The driver utilze the syscon to get tothe register needed. After this we can use sysfs to get atsome SoC properties on RealView DT variants like this:> cd /sysbus/soc/devices/soc0> lsboard family machine power subsystembuild fpga manufacturer soc_id uevent> cat familyVersatile> cat fpgaMulti-layer AXI> cat boardHBI-0147> cat build03Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>Signed-off-by: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>Conflicts:	drivers/soc/Kconfig	drivers/soc/Makefile
