It can generatealarm, period, carry interrupts.Add a driver for RTCA-3 IP.

rtc: stm32: add Low Speed Clock Output (LSCO) supportRTC is able to output on a pin the "LSE" internal clock.STM32 RTC is now registered as a clock provider. It provides rtc_lsco clock, that means RTC_LSCO is output on eitherRTC_OUT1 or RTC_OUT2_RMP, depending on pinmux DT property. The clock is marked as CLK_IGNORE_UNUSED and CLK_IS_CRITICAL becauseRTC_LSCO can be early required by devices needed it to init.Add LSCO in pinmux functions.Add "stm32_rtc_clean_outs" to disable LSCO. As RTC is part of "backup"power domain, it is not reset during shutdown or reboot. So force LSCOdisable at probe.Co-developed-by: Amelie Delaunay <amelie.delaunay@foss.st.com>Signed-off-by: Amelie Delaunay <amelie.delaunay@foss.st.com>Signed-off-by: Valentin Caron <valentin.caron@foss.st.com>Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20240722160022.454226-4-valentin.caron@foss.st.comSigned-off-by: Alexandre Belloni <alexandre.belloni@bootlin.com>

rtc: mt6397: select IRQ_DOMAIN instead of depending on itIRQ_DOMAIN is a hidden (not user visible) symbol. Users cannot setit directly thru "make *config", so drivers should select it insteadof depending on it if they need it.Relying on it being set for a dependency is risky.Consistently using "select" or "depends on" can also help reduceKconfig circular dependency issues. Therefore, change the use of "depends on" for IRQ_DOMAIN to"select" for RTC_DRV_MT6397.Fixes: 04d3ba70a3c9 ("rtc: mt6397: add IRQ domain dependency")Cc: Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>Cc: Eddie Huang <eddie.huang@mediatek.com>Cc: Sean Wang <sean.wang@mediatek.com>Cc: Matthias Brugger <matthias.bgg@gmail.com>Cc: linux-arm-kernel@lists.infradead.orgCc: linux-mediatek@lists.infradead.orgCc: Alessandro Zummo <a.zummo@towertech.it>Cc: Alexandre Belloni <alexandre.belloni@bootlin.com>Cc: linux-rtc@vger.kernel.orgCc: Marc Zyngier <maz@kernel.org>Cc: Philipp Zabel <p.zabel@pengutronix.de>Cc: Peter Rosin <peda@axentia.se>Reviewed-by: AngeloGioacchino Del Regno <angelogioacchino.delregno@collabora.com>Signed-off-by: Randy Dunlap <rdunlap@infradead.org>Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20240213050258.6167-1-rdunlap@infradead.orgSigned-off-by: Alexandre Belloni <alexandre.belloni@bootlin.com>

rtc: imxdi: Soften dependencies for improved compile coverageThe driver compiles fine on x86_64, so soften the dependencies toARCH_MXC || COMPILE_TEST.Signed-off-by: Uwe Kleine-König <u.kleine-koenig@pengutronix.de>Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20231002080529.2535610-2-u.kleine-koenig@pengutronix.deSigned-off-by: Alexandre Belloni <alexandre.belloni@bootlin.com>

rtc: bq4802: add sparc dependencyThe added HAS_IOPORT dependency might not actually be necessary as Geertpoints out, but the driver is also only used on one architecture. Sparcis also a special case here since it converts port numbers into virtualaddresses rather than having them mapped into a particular part of the__iomem address space, so the difference is actually not important here.Add a dependency on sparc, but allow compile-testing otherwise, tomake this clearer without anyone having to spend much time modernizingthe driver beyond that.Reported-by: Geert Uytterhoeven <geert+renesas@glider.be>Cc: David S.
afc505bf - rtc: pcf2127: add support for PCF2131 RTC

rtc: pcf2127: add support for PCF2131 RTCThis RTC is very similar in functionality to the PCF2127/29.Basically it: -supports two new control registers at offsets 4 and 5 -supports a new reset register (not implemented in this driver) -supports 4 tamper detection functions instead of 1 -has no nvmem (like the PCF2129) -has two output interrupt pinsBecause of that, most of the register addresses are very different, although they still follow the same layout. For example, the tamperregisters have a different base address, but the offsets are all the same.Signed-off-by: Hugo Villeneuve <hvilleneuve@dimonoff.com>Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/20230622145800.2442116-12-hugo@hugovil.comSigned-off-by: Alexandre Belloni <alexandre.belloni@bootlin.com>
