nubus: Add support for the driver modelThis patch brings basic support for the Linux Driver Model to theNuBus subsystem.For flexibility, the matching of boards with drivers is left up to thedrivers. This is also the approach taken by NetBSD. A board may havemany functions, and drivers may have to consider many functionalresources and board resources in order to match a device.This implementation does not bind drivers to resources (nor does it bindmany drivers to the same board). Apple's NuBus declaration ROM designis flexible enough to allow that, but I don't see a need to support itas we don't use the "slot zero" resources (in the main logic board ROM).Eliminate the global nubus_boards linked list by rewriting the procfsboard iterator around bus_for_each_dev(). Linux-2.6.12-rc2Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" gitarchive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the earlygit days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of goodinfrastructure for it.Let it rip!
